Happy Hounds & Friends

My precious wee boy Tam has been going to Amy’s for almost 2 months, as first he was nervous leaving me , but Amy has calmed him down and he now loves going to see Amy and his doggy friends. Amy is flexible and reliable. Would highly recommend for peace of mind that your treasured dog is being well looked after.

Ivy loves her day care with Amy and Ric, she pulls me to the door every morning and can't wait to get in. Highly recommend!!

Henry loves his time spent with Amy , Ric and the other pooches. Races to go in and is tired when he comes home. My requests have always been dealt with speedily and I would thoroughly recommend Happy Hounds and Friends. One happy pooch and owner.

Our Frenchie Archie has been going to Happy Hounds & Friends twice a week, for a couple of months now. I spent so long looking for a day-care that would be suitable for Archie since he’s a clingy boy who just wants to be around people 24/7 and wants 1-on-1 time and lots of cuddles! Archie loved Amy and Rick from day one, and we have complete peace of mind knowing that he’s happy and well looked after whilst we're at work. Both Amy and Rick are lovely; super friendly and easy-going, and have been so good at communicating with us since I first reached out on Facebook!We were happy with the approach that Amy took after our initial enquiry- to have a meet and greet with us and Archie, as well as requesting really detailed information on his likes/dislikes, behaviour quirks, food preferences and more.I would (and do!) recommend Amy and Rick to anyone looking for day-care :)

I’ve just started to use Amy and her husband, and the girls love them. They normally take a long time to adjust to someone new but they were really happy to go back after their trial and play with the other dogs. I feel they are really trustworthy with my girls and highly recommend x

Excellent with our 7 month old Collie puppy Trudy, we left doggy day care until our over confident puppy had a good baseline of training but she still has plenty of energy! Amy has been fantastic, she met to discuss our dogs needs and discuss how the day care worked. It’s great; Trudy socialises and it feels there’s enough dogs there to play with without overwhelming her. She is walked with other dogs and we get pictures of her adventures. At the end of the day we get a very tired and happy dog back as well as details of what she’s been up to. We were nervous of leaving our dog but very happy knowing she’s being well looked after. Our Tilly was an anxious little girl when she started to stay with Amy and her family, now so it getting so confidant, she absolutely loves her sleep overs, and always comes back very happy.

Rolo loves it at Happy Hounds with Amy & Rik and other four legged friends.Amy also sent me updates with pics and videos when i was away for a week which made me feel happy that he was happy and being well looked after. Thank you.....
