TPS Milton Keynes

Saturday 4th Sept 2021...... popped down for a few parts only to find they no longer sell to public; trade account holders only.Never used to be the case, chap whilst pleasant, blamed it on post Covid policy..... baffling. Suggested using dealer.... that'll be at dealer doubled prices.Oh well.

It was easier to order parts pre covid lock down because you could go into the shop.Now you have to call on the phone and I have experienced a long wait when you are put on hold and when you do place an order, it has to be paid by card. All in all you need a good part of an hour in my experience.

Thank you for all your help in looking up parts and very quick service by the lady on the front counter highly recommend and definitely visit again . Friendly but professional customer service.

AVOID!! TPS Milton KeynesTPS Milton Keynes, really poor service the guy on the phone advises no steering rack available in the country and I reached out to Audi who checked and advised TPS Oldham have one available, called MK branch back and the guy says oh yes but you will need to come by 17:00 to get next day I asked why I was given false information in the first instance and I have lost out on 4 days of work due not being able to make it before the time advised also the manager Neil who is a total waste of time advised he calls me on two occasions when he clearly didn’t and they don’t want to help at all and take 0 responsibility. Deffo avoid!Made many calls and no resolution, only avoidance as they know they are in the wrong. Will be going through small claims court.*****Imagine the above experience if you had to make a warranty claim. *******

Stop being Miserable. Stop answering call with TPS or Hello.Maintaining a positive and upbeat tone can help callers feel welcomed and at ease. Try switching out phrases like I don't know" for proactive alternatives like "Let me see if I can figure that out for you." If answering calls is part of your job

Excellent service at all times when I use this TPS Centre. Always order my parts quickly and good communications when they are ready to collect and when I visit to collect. Keep up the great work.

Very unhelpful. Wouldn’t sell to anyone without a trade account. They wouldn’t even help me to check if a part was in stock, no, you need a trade account.NOWHERE on their website does it state that you need a trade account.Very poor customer service, was rude, I don’t recommend to anyone. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.Use Euro Car Parts or AutoDoc instead. If you need genuine parts, use your dealership instead of wasting time with these idiots!

Called them asked service part for my taxi , at milton keynes , they said they have in stock in branch,given me price ,I explain I am taxi driver ,they do taxi drivers account ,I told him on phone I will come and collect , they said mo problem,Drive from bedford to Milton Keynes branch on 30-00-2022 at 10.30 around ,The guy sitting at desk was very rude¼
