Partick Post Office

Surprised this post office has government contracts taking into account their customer service is shocking, stinking attitude and they are simply incompetent to deal with customers. What a shambles of a place.

Absolutely pathetic!They make you stand for an hour for your BRP's while they call one person at a time at the counter and promote other services like SIM cards, and all this at 0.25x speed. Really slow and a pathetic attempt to increase their other sells.All the other reviews say the exact same thing too. These guys should take the time to see what people are saying about them so they at least feel a slight amount of shame.

I had a very satisfying experience. The man who attended to me was so polite and made sure that I understood everything I needed.

Getting the visa takes less than 2 hours after that stupid waiting BRP. One person's documents arrive in 20 minutes. Is a blind person inside looking for documents?

My recent experience at the post office was extremely disappointing. The staff members were incredibly slow and seemed incompetent in performing their duties. It felt like they were daydreaming behind the counters. I strongly advise against wasting your time by going there.

Rude behavior with long delaysThe man who has to give residence cards to new commers, instead of handling his main task of delivering residence cards, tries to sell other services, and thus it takes more than 3 hours to get a simple residence card, and if someone objects to him, he answers him disrespectfully.

Very unpleasant experience at this post office. Before sending a parcel, I wanted to discuss why two other parcels had been very delayed previously. One of the postmasters was ok and was helpful regarding customs regulations (although he did talk over me when I was trying to explain the problem). I was shocked however by his older colleague sitting next to him who felt the need to interject and became extremely aggressive and rude, without provocation. I am pretty sure he wouldn’t have spoken to a man like that. I decided never to use them again. Having seen other notes on this website, I can see I’m not alone.

My local post office, always friendly staff and easy to deal with when sending packages. Very helpful as well as they accept Amazon parcels.
