I have been renting properties for quite a few years and moving quite a few times. This is the best property manager ever by far. Serious, kind, professional, swift and overall they do what they say they will and in a very very timely manner. thanks a lot for making it that easy. Special thank you to Rosey, it was always a pleasure to contact her. Maybe you could organise training sessions for your competitors...…. 6 stars for me. Good luck Leaders.

I feel that I need to make a positive review for the Manchester branch and in particular my account manager Rosie. Any queries that I may have are always dealt with in a swift professional manner. I recently asked Rosie for some information and she emailed the info back within minutes so well done!!

AVOID. Even though we thought the no deposit option was a good incentive we have still been charged after leaving our tenancy and when we call to discuss how the charges were not us, we have been fobbed off on 6 different occasions. Then emailed saying they were taking us to court. I try to ring to discuss and all I get told is someone is on lunch, or they are away, or they’ll come back with an answer. I have rented with 6 other estate agents in Manchester and Leaders are undoubtedly the worst I have come across. PLEASE AVOID.

Overall Leaders have been good management for me. My experience has greatly improved since having Ms Ciara Ryan as my property manager. A very professional and friendly person who will see any issue through until the end and who regularly communicates.

I've been in contact with the Leaders Manchester branch for the past two years, and it's been a very good experience. Mrs Michelle Warhurst has been always responding to my emails quickly and with a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended!

We had a few issues moving in with some things not working/broken that were picked up on the inventory but no plan to resolve until we raised them which was annoying.However, Rosey our property manager has been so good at helping us out with the issues. She is professional, attentive and friendly - always great at replying and chasing things for us.So we were a little frustrate with Leaders to begin with but Rosey has been excellent at helping resolve any issues we had .

Leaders have recently taken over the rented property that I live in. They are SO much better than Urbanbubble who were my previous letting agents. Leaders are good communicators and quick to get issues sorted. I'm really grateful that they've taken over my apartment.Special thanks to Rosey, our property manager. She is organised, professional and friendly.

During my time living in a property managed by leaders I had to live without a working hob for over 3 months, the rent was increased by an extortionate amount and when the company wanted to increase the rent more and couldn’t because it had already been increased within a year, I was served my notice. The rent then went up by another £350 to the next people who moved in. Once I had been served my notice it was impossible to get the property manager on the phone to discuss deposit refund etc. I wanted to be there to see the property check out as by this point I did not trust them and they told me the wrong date and time. Greedy and impossible to contact once you’ve already signed the contract and are in. I know it’s hard to find a decent letting agents, but I would definitely avoid this one.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS ESTATE AGENTSMoved us into a property with a shower and toilet that didn't work. Lights didn't work. House alarm didn't work - kept going off by itself in the early hours of the morning - estate agents 'fixed' this by cutting the alarm cord rather than replacing the alarm. House was filthy when we moved in, kitchen had supposedly been 'deep cleaned' but when we ran our fingers over the units literal grease came off them.There was a leak in the living room coming from the ceiling so for the first two months we moved in (in winter) we had a bucket in our living room filling up with water.These are just some of the problems we've had.Estate agents have been a nightmare to deal with the entire two year tenancy. We had a different property manager every other week and were constantly told the issues were our problem or we must have broken things that were broken when we moved in.None of the faults with the property were listed in their property report when we moved in (of course).We were evicted for no reason and given two months to move out in a cost of living and housing crisis. We made sure the house was immaculate before we left, had a cleaning crew come in to help us and now we're trying to get out deposit back and they're trying to charge us for things like 'dust in the living room' (after we had it professionally cleaned and provided them with an invoice), nails in the walls and paint marks on the woodwork (which were there when we moved in and were told not to worry about originally...), a hole in one of the bedroom floors that was there when we moved in (they had put a shelving unit over the hole when we moved in to cover this, the only piece of furniture in an unfurnished house, we only discovered the hole after moving the unit). They've also put in the property report that we weren't present during the property inspection but we asked to be and were told that wouldn't be necessary...Absolute CON ARTISTS.Renting with this company has been a nightmare from start to finish. If you want to save yourself stress I would recommend renting with another company. Never dealt with an estate agents so incompetent and shady my whole life
