Always a great place to shop, loads of good offers. The staff are always friendly. Store is clean and tidy. They also have a threading bar and pharmacy at the rear of the store and a fragrance counter at the front.

Very disappointed with the eyebrow threading here. The threader was unfocussed & chatting the whole time, pretty inexperienced and eyebrows were completely wonky. 100% the worst attempt at threading I have experienced. Stay clear.

The extremly surly and downright rude assistant refused to serve me Co Codomol for tooth pain. Avoid this place if you'd prefer not to receive judgment on your prescriptions.

Went to the pharmacy in Super drug today. There were 3 people behind, yet I felt completely ignored. Never even said I'll be with you in a minute to acknowledge me. Waited for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then put the item back and walked out. This is the third time this has happened in the last 3 times. Will avoid going in there in future.

The past couple of visits have been a little disappointing hence why I’m giving 3 stars. Makeup is not packaged correctly making people think they’re the testers which is unsanitary, and the past couple times I’ve been served the ladies don’t seem to wanna give eye contact and look like they don’t wanna be there. Even just a smile would brighten someone’s day. I enjoy shopping here but just these little things need to change.

5 stars because I go to Superdrug for 1 main thing, my eyebrow threading. Immaculate everytime, doesn't matter if it's a different beauty staffer or the same from my last threading, excellent quality! Always happy with their service & you gotta love that student discount.

Always good for bargain cosmetics etc, I have switched to the pharmacy as my regular one.Very friendly and efficient staff too
