They deliberately close the toilets at all times pretending to clean them. Toilets are dirty. They make you ask for a key and then make a fuss about it. Shameful treatment and we had filled up and bought stuff. Outrageous!

I came here today to get petrol and use the bathroom I asked JUNE for the disabled key and she replied where’s mine.. I told her I forgot it and she said I need to use another toilte.. I need to walk up to costa and use theres. I told her I’m disabled.. she said how am I disabled… I said I don’t need to tell you that it’s private she said yes I do to use the toilte. I left here very upset and embarrassed please retrain her on ethics and disabled policy

Scam place again.they keep customers rewards points tickets for them selves. I use fuel cards, and unfortunately, I choose BP so I experienced almost kind of scams in BP stations around the UK as my fuel usage is about £4000 per month.I advise ALL just avoid them.I will switch my cards too

Another retailer that truly deserves a minus score. How do you justify ripping motorists off - approx 30p per litre more than the national average. And inflated prices for drinks and crisps. Decided we would rather starve. And the miserable woman on the food counter where we needed to pay lacks any customer service skills.Avoid if at all possible. Unfortunately BP seems to have a monopoly on the M1 so make sure you start with a full tank and bring a picnic.

The most useless and brain dead staff of any retailer in the world. How they manage to tie their shoelaces is beyond me. Beyond awful service!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The one toilet that was open was disgusting and when I asked if staff could open the disabled toilet as there was a que, including a mother with two small children, I was told it could not be opened as they didn't have a key.Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

I got a hypoglycemia and the shop was closed , the sale assistance helped me and saved my life by buying some sweets without taking any pennyI really appreciate their kind

Easy and pleasant experience. Lots of variety, love that Greggs is inside. The guy that served me was extremely kind and helpful. I was having trouble with my fuel card and he helped me out with a smile. Thank you!

Awful service. Rude staff, very abrupt and dismissive. Refused to serve me at the till because they wanted me to join the greggs queue despite not buying anything from greggs. Was left with no choice but to walk out without my products as I wasn’t able to be served. Poor

One till for Greg's and fuel is a joke. People waiting here 10-20 min for food or just fuel. I'm not coming here again.
