Always have no problems here , our dog Bailey loves going all staff are lovely and helpful . I was worried that he would think we have abandoned him but was assured he would have a great time and he always does. Thanks to all the team.

Was let down at the last minute by a family friend and was able to get my pooch in here over Christmas. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. It was so easy to drop off and pick up and everyone I saw was lovely. I will definitely be bringing Rusty back next time I am visiting family in the area.

We love Primrose Cottage! We have used them several times for short and long holidays. They are super reliable and very reasonable on price. Our two dogs (who are not the easiest dogs to handle!) are always happy and healthy when we pick them up.

Primrose Cottage Boarding Kennels & Cattery
We put our dog Baxter here for 5 nights and I genuinely couldn’t fault the place. Baxter was happy at drop off despite it being his first time away from us and was happy and well looked after at pick up. Don’t follow Sat nav to the post code as it took us to the wrong place! Now we know where it is we wouldn’t miss it though as very easy to find once you know (just behind Honda garage!) We will definitely use again!
