Very friendly, helpful, and caring staff.Our little kitten had her first injection and she didn't even notice when it was done, she was so happy receiving attention and cuddles from the nurse. I'd never go anywhere else now that I've been to Riverside. Thank you so much.

Very sick Springer dealt with speed, compassion and efficiency by Ashley and rest of team all working together, although they were short staffed and incredibly busy with other emergencies. I cannot thank you enough. First class care.

Sadly had to take my (very) elderly cat to be PTS and I cannot fault Edward. He was caring, kind and compassionate and, as she was passing, he tucked her little beans (paws) under her body so it looked like she was sleeping. Thank you Edward for making a horrible moment much more bearable.

Excellent place to take your pet. They have an eye specialist who really knows their stuff. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

This veterinary practice is amazing. All the staff are very professionally but exceptionally friendly. My little boy loves going to see Edward and all the staff. If you require an excellent veterinary surgery you cannot go wrong at this one. They also practice homeopathy which is something I feel needs to be used more. I would like say thank you to this practice whom my little boy loves going to.
