I was having problems with DWP regarding my state pension with nobody ever calling me back over a period of 14 weeks. One phone call to CAB and Judy pointed me in the right direction and the problem was sorted in a day. Many thanks!

I was at a dead end trying to get a housing association and SSE to communicate with regards to getting a smart meter fixed . I phoned C.A.B. and the person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and was willing to draft a letter for me . I have at the moment got my support worker helping to sort this out but the guy at the C.A.B told me to phone straight back if I needed them . So helpful and deserve more recognition than they get
