Sleep Therapy
I came to Christabel with the notion that I was tired of feeling tired, and how sleep can feel a struggle most of the time, and a battle some of the time. Starting CBTi was highly useful as I now- from a science-related frame which I work well with - question the normalities of what I thought were true, but actually nuance and 'grey' exist in perceptions of what sleep is, and the factors that can perceive and alter a poor night's sleep. With Christabel's guidance and knowledge I am working with a tool kit to manage my sleep better. Many thanks Christabel

Brilliant- 4 months later I am assured of a good night of sleep! It took a lot of focus on sleep diary and routines before bed and during the night when I woke- but I no longer wake and have extra hours in the day-Bliss!!

Christabel is an absolute sleep genius! Both my wife and I have had a number of sessions with her, my wife a few years ago and me recently. Both of us have found her to be incredibly helpful, and I saw a dramatic improvement in my sleep after my first session. Kirsty Warren:I started sessions with Christabel after a year of sleep problems - I initially used sleep station which was helpful but didnt teach me ways of sustaining change. Christabel was very understanding and made me feel at ease, she was also flexible and enabled us to have virtual sessions in the evenings after work. After three sessions my sleep had dramatically improved, Christabel helped me to understand and challenge the negative thoughts I was having and also supported me to identify helpful strategies that worked for me. I would use Christabel again in the future if my sleep issues returned and would highly recommend her! I am now getting more sleep than I have had in a long time and no longer fear evenings/night times!
