Update 2020 - (headlights still going strong over 1 year on.)Bought the Xenon 55w 5500k conversion kit for my car in September (H11 connected bulbs) from an online purchase for my 2008 lexus 220D.Today 1st October 2019, I had them professionally installed. One word, fantastic (Beam me up scotty)My best advice is.Do not fit yourself unless you are competent.My bumper and headlights had to be physlcally removed from the vehicle to install.Thank you HIDS4URegards

I have purchased 3 sets of HID kits from this company over the years.They work extremely well - very bright with a good beam pattern.The only real problem when fitting is cutting a large diameter holeIn the rear of the bulb cover, to accommodate the wiring,They ALL failed the MOT because my cars did not have headlightWashers or self levelling suspension. So beware. In the end I usedTo remove them prior to the MOT.

I have used this company several times now and I will continue to use and recommend them without hesitation. On an occasion where I did have an issue they dealt with it immediately and professionally. At least you can pick the phone up and speak to someone, unlike most of the companies that have customer service" departments that are email only."

The reason for the low star rating is that I placed an order via telephone at 09.22 on a Monday. The gentleman was very helpful and quickly advised me as to which product I needed. My vehicle was off the road at this point so I told the staff member that I was desperate for delivery. I was told that delivery would be next day. This, unfortunately is where the good customer service ended. I received an email saying that payment had been processed at 09.23 and that the item would be dispatched. As I did not receive my order on the Tuesday, on the Wednesday, I called to ask for a tracking number. I was told that the only form of tracking would be to tell me when the item had been delivered which is completely ridiculous because if it has been delivered I would know! Having possession of the item! I was also told that the order had not been dispatched until Tuesday and when I asked why, I was quite simply told that they didn't get around to it. I find this to be terrible customer service especially seen as though they took my money within 60 seconds of the telephone order. The product is good but their attitude towards Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Placed order for bulbs on 7/11/20. Still not delivered by 17/11/20 and no one has responded to my email asking if the goods have been issued. Poor customer service. Don’t use them if you need anything urgently. I now have to source bulbs from elsewhere and then try to recover my money from them.

I found HIDs4U excellent to deal with and their products seemed top notch too.Sadly, I was unable to fit the H4 Bi-xenon kit to my particular vehicle due to unforeseen space limitations & after discussing my issues with HIDs4U, they were happy for the product to be returned.I highly recommend this company & would buy from them again in the future without hesitation.

I first bought the H7 Xenon conversion kit for my Skoda Fabia 2 years ago.When i received the first 2 bulbs, one was initially faulty, so i got in contact with them and they sent out a replacement.Both bulbs worked fine - extremely bright, exactly what i was after - but on the 13th month (just out of warranty) one of the bulbs blows. Again, i got in contact and they sent me out a replacement because it was only 1 month out of warranty.12 months later, another bulb has blown, this time i assume i'll have to purchase a new one. I'd expect the bulbs to last longer than 12 months.In short, i can't fault the customer service, but i'm starting to doubt the quality of the product.

Don't recommend buying from this place online. Bought a set of HID bulbs, came in ok timing but all lose inside the box, thankfully the product was not damaged. When fitting them I realized that whey were not a direct fit and required additional holders/adapters which I ordered seperate at a later date. Sadly one of the holders came damaged thus not up to the standard I would wish for. After trying to contact the business, they didn't respond at all to emails.
