Please do not use this company. They are not professional, they do not turn up, do not respond to emails and the work they carry out is not fit for purpose. Even after a surveyor report attesting the poor quality of their work, they are refusing to refund or carry out the repairs. The leak has got worse and caused more damage as a result of the poor work they have done. Please look for a more competent and professional organisation if you need roofing work.

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. From the day I contacted Andy initially to enquire from the day the job was done, the service was just second to none and nothing was too much trouble. I had quite a severe roof leak due to poor installation of solar panels. It was a very stressful time as the water came in through my main bedroom and then also through my sons bedroom, bathroom and hallway. I even cried on the phone at one point to Veronica and she was lovely and offered really good advice to help contain the damage until they could come out and assess the situation. The whole roof needed to be replaced as well as the insulation as it was soaked through. The tiles on our roof are a very specific type and Andy made sure the correct ones were sourced and the job was done to a high standard. Andy and Veronica also went above and beyond in their job role, speaking to the insurance and solar panel company and supplying necessary documentation and reports. All of the team who came out to do the job are also a credit to the company. Everything was highly professional, tidy, everyone was lovely and polite. The best experience I've had with any contractors at my home. I'm so glad I chose this company as I had several quotes from others but you can tell they are experienced and want to offer the best customer experience. I've also used Skyline again recently to replace the front porch roof to match the main roof and again they went above and beyond to source the matching tiles. Thanks again Andy, Veronica and the team, I just can't thank you enough.

Very impressed with Andy and his team who were all professional, courteous and kept me updated throughout the process. The work completed has included full installation of a pitched roof, fibreglass flat roof, guttering, soffits and fascias. The standard of work is exceptional and I would highly recommend Skyline Roofing.

We were having trouble with water seeping in through our walls. Skyline came and cleaned out our gutters (which were apparently full to the brim!) and repaired some roof tiles which were contributing to the leaks. They were professional and friendly and we have no more water issues! We will definitely be using them for our reroof next year.
