This family business was recommended to me by a stranger and I am so glad she did.I was looking for a fascinator for Ladies day and for my son's wedding. I found exactly what I was looking for. Michelle's customer service is the best I have come across, nothing was too much trouble for her.Anybody looking for a mother of the bride outfit or wanting to hire or buy a hat could not find a better selection of quality outfits. I thoroughly recommend Dresu and next time I am looking for an outfit for a special occasion Dresu will be my first port of call.

Firstly I would like to thank the owners and staff. The help and patience went beyond. Coffee,steamed my dress prior to the big day.They even offered to put the dress in my care etc. Prompt replies to my emails. What an amazing service me and my mum received at this wonderful little gem of a store on Saturday 1st of June.My mum needed a mother of the bride outfit for my wedding in October and was not feeling very confident about finding an outfit or finding a 'dreaded hat'. But, this lovely mother and daughter duo provided her with guidance and care continually bringing different outfits for her to try and not giving in when it came to the hat situation.As it was a Saturday, the shop did get busy, but they were very good at splitting themselves between different customers and doing all that they can to help everyone and make everyone feel welcome and special.They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind to their customers and I cannot thank them enough for helping my mum find an outfit.There clothes are gorgeous and I even ended up with an outfit for myself that I will find an event to go to to be able to wear it.Will definitely be back here in the future even though I live nearer to York, the store and service we received is worth the drive

I went to Dresu hoping to find an outfit for my son’s wedding. I could not believe the choices available! Also the array of hats and fascinators! If anyone is attending a special occasion I can highly recommend paying the two wonderful ladies a visit, you will certainly not be disappointed. Thank you both so much , I have never received so many compliments in my life!

My Wife dragged me into this shop looking for a wedding outfit, I have to admit, the choice and styles were amazing and the prices were more than reasonable, so much so, my Wife came away with 2 outfits!The Ladies in the shop are so helpful and not in any way pushy and so down to earth. The shop is like a Tardis, from the outside it looks fairly normal, but once inside, the place is massive with lots of items on show, laid out in a very organised and professional way.I would highly recommend shopping here.

So I have been looking for a dress for my daughters wedding in September, I ordered off line, in store you name it I have tried it all on, then a friend suggested Dresu!From the moment I walked through the door michelle put me at ease, asked what I liked, I showed her pictures I must have tried on 12 or 13 dresses, nothing was too much trouble at all she was amazing, I told her I wanted to think it over as I was on my own so I arranged to go back today and tried the dress on that I liked. And I love it. Nothing is too much trouble at all and I will definitely be back next year for another dress. Highly recommendFirst class service. So thank you michelle for everything x

What a brilliant experience. I wanted something special for my daughters wedding, but being a rather larger lady (size 20) hate shopping! After several online purchase disasters I messaged to see if they had anything in my size I could look at. When I got there they had so much choice for me to try and offering advice. I came away with a gorgeous dress that I can’t wait to wear. Thank you so much for making it not only a painless experience but a pleasurable one. x
