Some decent ranges and products for sure. In terms of initial customer service, though, we felt disappointed.We live very close by so thought we'd pop in on a weekend day. I'm sorry to have to say this, but the 2 members of staff we could see didn't approach us once. Not sure if it's because they were too busy or thought we weren't worth it? I know everyone has their off days, but it's put us off using them for a remodel we're starting in Jan 2024. It's a shame, as we want to support local businesses.

Colin and the team at Dimensions are brilliant. Recommended by our builder we went to explore their bathroom / tile options as we have recently undertaken a full house renovation. We are went while building work was taking place and we spent time planning and designing the bathrooms with Colin, we tweaked things along the way and really appreciated his knowledge. He has a wealth of experience and we trusted his suggestions for our style / budget.The results are amazing and we have filled our house with brilliant tiles and bathrooms all from dimensions and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them or recommend to anyone. Fantastic service. As a tiling contractor, I use dimensions as a main supplier. From general adhesives, grouts and trims weekly to far larger orders, Ranging from tiles to underfloor heating kits. Everything is always dealt with in a professional and prompt manner by Colin and the team!

My partner and I went to Dimensions after getting fed up with poor service and advice from other suppliers.After dealing with the team at Dimensions, Colin came over and assisted us on with everything including a very helpful 3D drawing for each of our 3 bathrooms. Colin and team have been superb to work with all the way through with superb service and advice along with very competitive prices. I must add that Colin is extremely knowledgeable right to the very intricate detail which is very hard to find when you’re as fussy as I am. He answered everything I asked and if he didn’t know the answer he emailed me very quickly once he found out. I have worked on customer service for many years and Colin is up there with his attitude and helpfulness.We would certainly recommend anyone who is looking for a bathroom suite and tiles to stop and take a look round here. You won’t be disappointed.

Dimensions supplied all the fittings for a long drawn out and difficult bathroom refurbishment project – the needs of which evolved over many months. I chose them because of Colin’s obvious tremendous product knowledge and helpfulness. All staff provided a prompt, efficient and seamless service – including dealing with necessary product substitutions, urgent requirements and the cracking of a shower tray almost as soon as it started to be used (they paid for it to be replaced).

We popped into Dimensions Tiles and Bathrooms while in Frome as we needed glass for our shower. They were so knowledgable and helpful, put up with our toddler running around and made it easy for us to make a quick decision and even quicker delivery. They are a family run business and this was important in our purchase as well as purchasing British made products. I am so pleased with the product, we had visited so many other stores and walked away empty handed as the products didn't seem to have quality and value. Now that our glass is installed I am happy to report that it looks beautiful and the brass finish is a great quality, not yellow or cheap looking at all. Thank you so much Dimensions Tiles & Bathrooms - we will be back!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Colin and his great team at ‘Dimensions’ for well over a decade - both as a business and also as a (very fussy) client, whilst using the brilliant Christian from ‘Fire & Water Plumbing & Heating’ to install.I have never experienced anything but a friendly and professional service. The knowledge that these guys have is second to none and they are always open to discussing any budget; small or large. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
