Head To Toe

As always I have a wonderful experience. All the staff are friendly, professional and do an amazing job on hair and beauty treatments.

UPDATE:Five days later and no one from the salon has contacted me. I called just now to find out what happened. They woman who answered the phone was at first listening to me. She said she had not heard of the issue but presumed they must have been busy and that was why there was a problem. As stated previously, the two women in the salon when I came for my patch test communicated between the three of as and everyone was very aware of what was booked in. Categorically, the salon was not busy at the time, there was one client in having a colour consultation. The woman I have just spoken to refused to listen when I tried to correct her and explain that the salon was not busy at the time, instead she spoke over me and said I would not listen. I said she was talking over me and not letting me finish explaining. She said she would speak to the manager, refused to give her name and put the phone down on me.At this point I will avoid at all costs.ORIGINAL:Booked in for a full head tint. Had a patch test in advance, no problems so turned up for my appointment on Saturday morning at 9am.The hairdresser was unpleasant in the way she asked what I booked in for. I said a full head tint, no blow dry. She asked what colour. I said dark brown. (I have dark brown hair but have some greys coming through so this is not a colour change or complicated service.) She said she couldn’t do it. I asked why not and said it had been booked since the Wednesday, that the two ladies working on the Wednesday knew exactly what service I had booked in for and the colour. She asked again what colour I was having, again I said dark brown. Then she said she doesn’t do colour and sent me on my way. I called up an hour or so later to try to figure out what had gone wrong but the lady I spoke to said that the person I needed to speak to was away.This was a complete waste of my time. I made the effort to have the patch test in good time prior to the appointment. I had a lunch on the Saturday afternoon which would have been nice to have my hair coloured for but more importantly, I have a job interview tomorrow and as it was the bank holiday, I have been unable to have my hair done elsewhere.Two staff were very aware of the service booked on the Wednesday so I don’t understand why it was such an issue on the Saturday morning. Furthermore, if the woman on the Saturday doesn’t do colour, why was this not flagged prior to me turning up? There were two full business days between the patch test and the appointment.Really, really disappointing. Especially after a friend had recommended the salon.

I’ve been to this hair salon before for a blow dry and it was always good. I’ve decided to have a hair trim, I don’t know her name but it wasn’t the one who blow dried my hair before. She cut so much off even tho she knew I only wanted a trim. Won’t be coming back.

If my nails chipped after a week or two i would have no reason to write this review. my nails chipped the day after it was done. you can be as sad as you want, i will never return to your service for the mare fact that someone DID hang the phone up on me while i was trying to explain my situation. When i do my nails and pay for them, i do not expect to be making appointment to get them done again after two days of them being done. I had to do my nails again at Hot Tips" on saturday where i would usually go and i have not returned since and today is tuesday

My Mum had her hair done here today by Fay who is absolutely great very honest, helped my mum selecting a new style, reasonable prices and I got a great new set of ghd’s will definitely be back.

Francesca did an excellent cut for both me and me and my 4 year old daughter today. Very satisfied and we'll definitely be back again, thank you!

I had a lovely appointment this morning and couldn't be happier with the delightful atmosphere and warm welcome despite a cold, drizzly day and a spilled coffee. My hair has had a full revival and feels so fresh after the trimming and shaping, and my eyebrow & lip waxing was as painless as it can be.Be sure to bring cash!

Lovely atmosphere.I had a pedicure, the beautician (can’t remember her name) was very accurate and professional. Very happy with the result.I will definitely go back
