Levi Bevan was very helpful but not 'pushy' like some car salesman I have encountered. I am delighted with my car. He arranged for small scratch on interior to be rectified and I even had a full tank of fuel.Delighted

Brilliant dealer,Phoned Tom last minute on a Saturday after being left disappointed viewing a car elsewhereWithin the 45 minutes travelling to Capitol the car was out the front on dealer plates ready to be road tested and paperwork present etc.A week later to pick the car up and car is spotless and serviced ready to go. Very good. Only problem was with uninstalling transport lock. Although car arrived at capital on 13 November, I was not informed until 1-2 hours before collection on 20 November that the car could not be collected. By then I had sold my car and my son had driven 120 miles from Reading to drive me from Cardiff to Merthyr to collect the new car.Everything put right. Offered courtesy car if needed, transport lock was fixed by 24 November and Gareth Stone drove me to Merthyr to collect the new car.Might be as well to check new cars for problems when they arrive, rather than just before collection .

Customer parking was always a serious issue. Very congested and nowhere to park. To use the rear of the building, anything bigger than a small hatchback and you struggle to get In or out of there.Inside service is reported as good, but unless you can get in there you'll never know.4stars for a better parking experience.

I would never use this dealer again, went to look at a golf on Monday evening! Loved the car so decided to put down a deposit. Left the deposit and was told I would get a receipt for the deposit I paid the morning after (Tuesday morning) little was I aware the sales team member was off that day even though he told me I’d get it the morning after. So had to wait till Wednesday for that. I collected the car on Friday and then was told I would get emailed the documents that night! I didn’t receive anything and had to keep chasing for a receipt for the car and finally got one on the Wednesday! Then after being told everything that needed to be done has been done, I looked at receipts and found that the air filter and fuel filter had never been changed! So I spoke to the sales manager who some how assured me that a 2019 car that’s done 44k miles is not due a fuel or air filter yet!!!! They offered to send these filters out to me which I accepted. Following this I was going on a long journey with my kids in the car so I thought I’d get the car checked over. To find the rear passenger tyre had cracks in and they had been marked with pen! So this VW main dealer had sent a car with with a tyre that was not fit for the road. They offered to pay for this tyre which clearly they cant argue they knew about! They paid i expressed how unhappy I was via email and never even got a reply! I’d avoid this dealer at all costs and if I could give 0 Stars I would.
