The lock on my UPVC door was completely broken so rang Shildon Locksmith and Glen said he would come out the same day. He rang back beforehand to make sure the time was convenient. Glen was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond, as the door ended up needing to be adjusted as well. Would highly recommend.

Suffered a break inn at 6 George Street and he came out very quickly and secured the door and installed high security locks. Great service, easy to pay and would definitely recommend to others who find their homes burgled.

Came out within about 1.5 hrs today (was already on a job when I called) to fix our front door as it wouldn't close properly or lock. Talked me through everything he did and explained the problem... And fixed it! Door and lock are better than they have ever been! Highly recommend!! Reasonable prices for a fab service!

Excellent service! I would highly recommend them.After explaining that the door wouldn’t lock at all and me being worried about leaving it unlocked overnight, Glen came out within an hour and replaced the lock.Friendly, efficient and local company. 5 stars!!

Rang Glen and appointment made to come and look at two sets of patio doors I was having trouble with locking, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it, replaced old gold handles on both doors and transformed my conservatory. Really nice local guy and I would highly recommend him.
