A great updated local library, usually great staff however just popped in 10mins from closing from work and greeted with a miserable Lesley gover. Asked to take out a reserve book without my card but said I could proof my library card. She huffed in frustration, like I was asking for something out of the ordinary when taking a book out.I have taken a book out before like this but I have never been made uncomfortable or had bad attitude with a simple request until this experience with lesley. If she cant help to take a book out then she should simply find another job. This lovely library would improve if she can improve her attitude

Good and conducive environment for study, but there are some levels of distractions especially the kids section while some people make calls. There are good range of good services, the books printing and photocopy, self service option, the internet and the meeting rooms for public groups. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Lesley was rude to my wife but its alright ig shes probably insecure. Tell her to have better customer service. Library was neat and clean.

Good environment for study. However, you must be prepared for some level of distractions as there is a babies section in same hall as well as people making calls and all.Regardless, I achieved quite a couple of things the first few hours I spent. If u r easily distracted by light and people chatting, you may not achieve much

The staff in this library are technically good. They patiently guide you to some difficult internet issues. They deserve my 5- star rating however, the internet is horribly slow. It needs upgrading please.

Best small library been using. Can order books and get them ASAP. Staff cannot be faulted. Used to work on the away always stocked up. Now not use any other. Waiting to see if the new one is to be better. Now used to new library and is better than before which is going some. Thank you.

Good range of services available...obviously books, internet access, printing and copying, also some council services too. There's a meeting room available for some public groups - children's stay and play, healing, McMillan amongst others. Very helpful staff. Toilet/baby change and parking available.
