Excellent customer service received from RCC and scrutinized work had been done from the very beginning till the end of the process.This company has been recommended to us and I would surely choose them again. Unbelievably awful! No we’re not a client but we are the seller of the property your client are using. So I know you’re not able to comment but this is for people’s due diligence not for a response. Are buyers solicitors is Laura K fairly new to this profession and it’s shows. Her complete lack of knowledge is apparent, paper work has been sent up to four times almost 200 enquiries half of which could have been answered by herself if she cared to read. We had a conditional sale of April which she chose to ignore. She lost the ability to know how to send a email for six weeks, claiming she was emailing the wrong address. She is unresponsive, slow and quit frankly comes across as obstructive. She’ll ignore your solicitor and drags things out as long as possible.My family is in the construction industry so we are very familiar with the process due to building and selling lots of homes. We have never come across a solicitor this slow. We are on what should be exchange day 2.0 however we’re met with more non responses from this rookie solicitor and her failure to progress. Avoid at all costs if you want to buy or sale home anytime this year. I will be advising my contacts the same. As well as making a complaint to the legal ombudsman.

The worst service I have ever received, my conveyancer has been rude and unhelpful all the way through the process.Excuse after excuse to delay everything from going through and I am still waiting to complete.I wish my estate agent had never recommended this company, they have caused me so much stress my mental health cannot take much more.I have even tried to complain but they do not respond.

Words cannot describe how unhappy we are with this solicitor. We have had nothing but constant delays and when questioned the person dealing with our purchase just palms off our concerns. The lack of ownership and urgency is honestly appalling. Getting emails at 7/8 o'clock in the evening is honestly unacceptable and shows they cannot handle or manage their workload. When we finally emailed our displeasure we finally seemed to make some progress with our solicitor finally making contact with the other parties involved and made us hopeful we would be completing soon. We should have known this was a false promise and was done to try and placate us. We have now returned to bi weekly updates with no one looking at our purchase when our solicitor is away or out of office which is causing further delays.These delays are resulting in further charges, from our mortgage broker and from the solicitor themselves as there are fees for each extension or amendment which is honestly a joke seeing as they are the cause. We have seen replies from the sellers solicitor who have commented on their need to cause unnecessary delays and their inexperience. I would recommend you stay well clear.

I was introduced to this company by my real estate agent.I am a first time buyer not familiar with the system as yet, however i ask around from my friends about the system and have been enlightened. If i am to rate this company at this moment i know they wont be happy with my review. one thing they need to be utmost on point with are COMMUNICATION and SPEED. They need to ensure that client are happy with the services provided and be able to trust them in fulfilling there obligation once taken on a task. I am still going through the process with them and awaiting to do my final review once my transaction is completed.

Shockingly bad, I was a client and not only is their customer service awful, theyre very poorly organised. Theyll lose the documents you've sent in, demand completely irrelevant info and to boot they have zero interest in properly representing you. It was left completely to me to ensure the contract was worded properly. These guys are clearly just in it for a cash grab and dont care about reputation. I even showed up to their office at one point to submit the docs and they couldnt even organise someone to answer their front door and collect them for about 20 minutes. Do not give them your business under any circumstances!

So good we've used them twice.Right Choice were recommended to us via our mortgage broker and we have been first time buyers and then subsequently sold that house and purchased another in just under 2 years and used Right Choice both times. Naturally it is a very stressful time (especially since we had one sale collapse due to the buyer) but everyone at Right Choice has been absolutely excellent to deal with, even under pressure and me being exceptionally intense with them. Emails responded to in a timely manner, they answer calls, work with your best interests in mind and really look after their clients in our opinion. I would especially like to give a special mention and our sincere thanks to Mason and Holly on Suzy's team along with Sam and Bex who were all a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Team - and in the nicest possible way I hope we never have to speak to you again as we have bought our dream and forever home but if things change we will never use anyone else.

Carly's team at Right Choice were amazing every step of the way in our property purchase. We were recommended by our mortgage advisor but did a quick Google search anyway, but Right Choice were still the best value. We had exceptional service from the team and Robyn in particular was astounding. Emails were always answered quickly, when the team answered the phone you knew you were speaking to someone who truly wanted the best for you. Robyn also responded so quickly to all our queries, quelled all worries whilst still remaining realistic, and was just generally helpful and a good person all round! I'm so happy we chose Right Choice, and I would recommend them to anyone else I know going through this stage now too.
