Excellent customer service and a comprehensive explanation of an Mower. No pressure from the young chap who served us. We were left to view all the mowers on offer and finally given a catalogue of available options.We returned the following day to order our mower after a night of reading the catalogue.We did find it slightly hard to find the entrence off the main road but managed to find the carpark eventually. Enough parking for quite a few cars and easy low level entrence to the building.If you are in a wheel chair the many varied sit-on and push mowers would make it difficult to move and view in the shop but as we did, asking for a catalogue of your chosen type of mower is the best thing to do.

After purchasing a strimmer and more recently purchasing a knap sack sprayer for my business, I can honestly say the customer service here is outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are extremely polite and helpful. The knowledge of their products is exceptional. I took my strimmer back for a service which was carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard. I definitely recommend this business, I would go nowhere else!

We bought an Ego electric lawn mower and leaf blower last week. The mower was available soon after we placed the order. It was fully assembled with a fully charged battery and all packaging was disposed of for collection and a demonstration was given. All for the same price as online. On trying to use the mower we couldn't immediately get it to work, as we were pressing the buttons and levers in the wrong order. We rang ARB and were told we could take the mower back at any time for a shop demonstration. Now THAT'S service. Would recommend.

I recently paid a visit to the shop as I needed a new lawn mower, not really knowing what kind I needed. The staff were very helpful, asked me lots of questions and pointed me in the right direction to what would be best suited for my needs. May I add they didn't send me to the most expensive one in the shop! I was very happy with my purchase and felt they had my best interests in mind. These guys are extremely knowledgable and have a wide selection of stock to pick from. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend them.

As a professional tree surgeon, we rely on or tools to be in full working order, not only for safety reasons but we don't like letting customers down, there has been times where saw or other machines have got damaged or just broke through ware and tare, there is not many places that can give a solid backup with parts, most part arrive quickly when ordered from various makers, it's nice to know that there is a good workshop as there some repairs are just beyond us, or we don't have the tools in the middle of a field, or time. The advantage with this company its small enough to care for us smaller contractors, but they are friendly and easy going. I've been taking my tools there for years now, and I can strongly recommend them. I’ve had a couple of warranty issues and they have sorted them out pretty quickly.

Gus & the team were extremely helpful , my mower was running terrible & was useless . A quick email , dropped the machine off for them to diagnose . I had it back running good as new .. highly recommend.
