TCB St Helens - Unlimited Dining Experience
A very different experience from a typical all you can eat, but fantastic overall. This restaurant allows you to order your food to your table, rather than serving yourself. Each dish is brought by a robot, which seems crazy, but everything was fast, and the food was excellent.Overall it was a great experience. All 3 of us enjoyed our food.

TCB St Helens - Unlimited Dining Experience
I actually enjoyed the ordering style, in comparison to the usual, fill your plates, buffet. You each order on the app and a robot 'cat' brings is 5-10 minutes later. Food was portioned tapas style and you could order as much as you wanted. Food itself tasted fresh. Over all, I'd highly recommend. The break between each order gave the experience a real restaurant feel, the kind you don't normally get from an all you can eat buffet.

TCB St Helens - Unlimited Dining Experience
This place used to be my favourite all you can eat. I visited their a lot. But since they've introduced robots what bring food to you and you are no longer allowed to help yourself, I am not interested in visiting this franchise any more. In my opinion they need to change it back to self serving and I would definitely return. But as it stands, sorry, and call me old fashioned, but I won't be supporting businesses what use robots and technology to do jobs what could be done by a human being.

Always an enjoyable visit the TCB in St Helens, walking in you are greeted by Chinese stone statues at the front, the staff are always fantastic and the food is fantasticMy only negative things is that I wish the app would let you know what they don’t have available as I ordered a few items that I really wanted to try so I ordered them again and they didn’t come, it’s only when I asked someone is when I was informed that they didn’t have a few itemsI would highly recommend this place, super easy app to use, food is always piping hot and serving robots are always enjoyable to see

Fantastic food great staff £28 each for as many courses as we could manage and got delivered by a robot which was a cool feature. Seated straight away and each course took under 15minutes to come. First time coming and won’t be the last it’s a place to really check out. You can park in the range carpark for free for up to 2 hours which is what we did and it’s only a 3minute walk to then get there.

Wow, been here a few times a while back but, we decided to go last week... the food is such better quality, there is reasonable size portion control, quick service. It used to be a typical all you can eat, were you go up and help yourselves. But now you sit at your table, order via the app or if you don't have a smart phone they lend you a tablet. You order your food and it comes over presented lovely via a robot ! Saw nothing like it in my life. MY little boy was obsessed with them, will defiantly be going back!

Great food, slightly reduced selection on the early service but still plenty of choice. Most dishes came out promptly but one person was left waiting for their first course while everyone else had finished and moved onto mains. The app you use to order can be a bit fiddly sometimes. Dishes come in small portions to prevent waste but everything was cooked well and very tasty. The cat robot waiters are cute but a bit of a gimmick since most of the time a member of staff takes the trays off the robot and puts them on the table. Good food, decent price. Worth a visit.

What an ingenious concept . Took the family for lunch and was pleasantly surprised.Firstly, you have to remember that this is basically a fast food restaurant where your food is not made to order but created for the masses, so your food may not be piping hot on arrival. The menu selection is so varied ,starters, main meals, sides,sauces, and desserts. All served very quickly by a very polite robot.The portion sizes are only small, which is fine. If you like it, order more. If not, then it's not a big waste.The food was extremely tasty.The restaurant was very spacious and clean .Dishes were removed and replaced promptly.Access is by either stairs or a lift.They did play music in the background, which just added a bit of ambience to the occasion.Prices where £25 for adults £10.50 for my 10 year old and £6.50 for my 6 year old.. drinks where additional.Overall good value and would definitely recommend.
