Lily Nails

I had a terrible manicure where the nail lady tugged away at my cuticles so that I had to ask if the snipping tool she was using was blunt. It resulted in huge, unsightly hangnails during my holiday that were so bad, with the nail beds raised, red and shiny, that it took 3 weeks to resolve and heal.

Lily nails is the best salon in thanet and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are so friendly and always listen to what you want.

Very good customer service but al my nails have fallen off within 2 weeks. I'm not happy

I booked for my granddaughter to have her nails done here. We are really disappointed, she had acrylic white French tips for our holiday however after 9 days they have started to come off, yesterday one came off, today another came off and her thumb has a crack and is about to come off. For £35 this is not what I would expect, they lasted 9 days, go somewhere else. They did look good at first but there will be no infills as most of them will be off soon I expect. Telephoned the salon and was told that if we want them fixed we would have to pay and there would be a wait. Disgusting service.Update thumb nail came off on day 10, she is left with 7 acrylic nails.

Decent service but nails have chipped after just a few days, I’ve been very careful but 2 of them have chipped, won’t be returning sadly

Love them ❤️ lovely staff and will be my go to nail salon from now on!
