Genius mac saved me from a VERY expensive logic board and battery replacement by Apple. Apple claimed to have found damage on my logic board after I sent my mac in for a battery replacement. Apple did not make it clear that they would not fix the logic board OR replace the battery because of this discovery. I was very upset to receive my mac with no changes made after over a week. I called Genius mac the same day this happened and not only did they upgrade my battery with a bigger one, they also cleaned my logic board. Very very grateful for their service.

I received excellent, rapid, and professional assistance. Not only was my Mac repaired perfectly, but he supported me from a distance in solving additional Iphone issues. I recommend him very highly!

very disappointed with the level of professionalism.He took my laptop initial to repair for water spillage, from his own word were suppose to take 4 days ended taking over a week and every time he had an excuse why he couldn't repair it, he even swore at me at one point and apologies afterwards.When i got my mac back it worked fine but the key wasn't working, we agreed that he would have change the keyboard as well but he didn't. Now he took my money blocked me everywhere and even threaten me, I paid over £300 and he hasn't even repaired my laptop.He threaten me I was even thinking about calling the police I felt so scared and stress.

Writing this review from my MacBook that GeniusMac have fixed and brought back to life after apple advised it wasn't possible. All data recovered aswell, really happy with the service. Big thank you to Dino for working so hard on the device and getting everything working again!

Took my MacBook there as it wasn't waking up. Fortunately when he booted my Mac it worked. Dino is an awesome guy. He's super helpful and very polite. He helped me with a bunch of stuff to make my Mac work better. I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. Thank Dino for all your great support.

Dino is an exceptionally talented person. He was able to fix my IMAC ALL IN ONE which was not working at all when I first purchased it! He was able to install High Sierra and then walked me through the steps to install Catalina. Without him I would not have been able to do my work which is very important as I work in the healthcare system and has enabled me to progress on and enable me to get through my studies. I could not fault him at all as the work that he put in to help me was exceptional! If your ever in a situation where you need efficient but fast service when it comes to your Apple Products he is definitely the person to go to!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Absolute horrible, the guy that goes by the name of Dino is so rude and aggressive. I paid for my repair but my laptop wasn't repair, he blocked me everywhere.

After Apple store was unable to fix my mac book pro 2019, it was destined for the trash. They managed to roll it back to an old OS, but couldn't work out why I couldn't do any software updates without the whole thing dying on me.A year later of stumbling along with my half-working Macbook, it died again this weekend, instead of taking it to Apple I found GeniusMac repairs.They are SO knowledgeable - they had it for one full day, repaired a few parts (too technical for me), and reinstalled the latest OS. It is now working like a brand new MacBook.Highly recommend GeniusMac - they know their stuff way more than Apple store do!

Do not use this company!Yes – a sorry tale. I went to them with a failing hard drive as they seemed well rated online. They operate from what looks like a residential flat on Southampton Street, Reading. I foolishly accepted a quote of £280 - £320 for a hard drive replacement that would take three days – having since phoned around it seems like £180 - £200 is the right price. And it should only take one day. After three days I called – no answer. The next day I called again – some excuse about having been really busy but I would get an update by text that evening. I didn’t. Next day – still not ready – only now do I hear something about a hardware failure making it harder to repair. On day SIX I was finally able to pick it up. But – I was not told I had to pay for the repair in advance, and I wasn’t allowed to leave the building without having paid. Fair enough I guess – you have to protect yourself – though I would like to have known this in advance. But get this – the owner (Dino) actually moved around and PLACED HIMSELF BETWEEN ME AND THE DOOR like he was going to fight me if I tried to leave! (That’s right, all meetings took place in the front hallway.) I have to say, I was very annoyed.Then I get a call on the way home saying sorry – I have forgotten to put the base screws back in – can you come back!After some negotiation I got the owner to agree to an £80 refund as compensation – then he didn’t pay it! Unbelievable!My take – this company is in real trouble and I would urge anyone – even previous customers – to steer well clear.

My Macbook pro had a very weird issue that causes the screen flickering and had no idea what was causing it. Dino found that the issue was in the logic board and fixed. He also fixed my esc key, that stopped working years ago. Now my laptop works great!
