From the first phone call to the final transaction, Grant has been a great salesman! I bought a van from Grant last week. The entire process has been smooth. Nothing was too much trouble. We drove from Colchester to have a look at the van. We met Judith, who was absolutely lovely! The van had foil on the back window and lots of racking built into the back. I asked if this could be removed, Grant was happy to oblige. Grant personally drive the vehicle to us which actually gave me peace of mind. After all the emails, it was great to finally meet Grant. Absolutely avoid this dealer.Sold me the car without disclosing the fact that car had a major accident before. During the first year of purchase, the issues kept coming up, I ended up spending nearly £3000 fixing the aircon condenser, leaking coolant tank and faulty electric window. When I contacted them for the issues during the warranty period, they just ignored my messages and phone calls. They promised to send me the service history book and vehicle handbook, but they never did.

More than happy with the car I bought from here. Grant was great to deal with and was very enthusiastic and welcoming and I would definitely buy from him again. Keep up the great service!

Have recently sold our car through Cars of London and the service was excellent. Grant came to our house, gave us an honest evaluation and was able to deliver us the price that we wanted. We had the money in our account almost instantly and the process was very smooth. Would highly recommend this exceptional service.

I wouldn’t recommend the company nor grant . Had communication from grant about a red Subaru on the website, a cash price was accepted by him and mentioned about collecting at the weekend . We were then told different things about why we couldn’t collect on the Thursday or Friday . 1) he was delivering a car 2) he had someone coming to view it on the Thursday or Friday 3) then that it needed to be collected from a compound as it was a mechanic selling it through them.He was then told the Friday during the day that the car was sold which he didn’t tell us until the Saturday morning after we told him we were on the way and bought the tickets (bare in mind we told him more then once we would be there for 9/10 am on Saturday morning ) I then phoned him and he told me he knew about the car sale but used the exuse of “I thought I would double check on Saturday “ . He was then rude about the cash price he agreed on and then was extremely rude when he was told it was someone who specialises in Subarus and has 2 others and knew he was selling it well over price. He then said he would refund for the train tickets but then communication with him stopped.Then phoned up a colleague to see if the car was still available and he said that it has been reserved for viewing this weekend. I definitely wouldn’t recommend or be going there again.
