i have never doubted imran's advice when buying tickets since he assisted me in my difficult spot i was in. i first used him when i urgently needed tickets to go india and my passport expired and also needed visa and tickets to go. worst possible case scenario where would you go on a saturday.....? imran was very helpful in my difficult family situation. His sound advice which was followed in this difficult situation was priceless. I wanted to change dates when i was there and it was completed via whatsapp. I get security booking with him knowing any changes in my travel plans are catered for. Saves me money in the long run. He does take his time but only to get the best price which is the annoying part but if you book well in advance this can be avoided. my experience has been great and wont change until i have a bad one. been using him for 4 years now. Took our money and never booked our seats! Then 2 days before flight gave us seats on a completely different airline and airport. Very hard to get in contact unless you go to the store and wait for hours. Will never use again

Imran Shah takes your money, doesn't book flights and won't give you a refund:-(... Imran Shah picks on older vulnerable customers who can't speak English and are not aware of their rights.you are better off booking online or with a larger travel company, you have been warned!

I had great customer service. I called to see what availability there was for flight to amritsar in Feb. Imran got me a great deal fullfiling my requirement.

One of the worst travel agents around. Takes only cash or asks that money be transferred into his personal account. Booked tickets for a party of two. Took our money but never passed the money onto the airline. At the last minute, we had to book with another travel agent. Took us ages to get our money back from him. The only way we got our money back was to sit in his office and take cash from him as other people paid him. Please be careful if you are using this agent. You may live to regret it.

The owner is rude, a thief and preys on the old and vulnerable.Uses a third party company to make bookings, will take your money and then cancel the tickets without notice. Uses every excuse under the sun and just passes on the contact number of the airline. An unprofessional Mickey Mouse company... my advice is to avoid and go elsewhere.All the special offers on display are out of date...Not even worthy of a single star!!!
