FS Sports Therapy
Charlotte is an excellent sports therapist but she is more than that. She treated me recently for back and neck muscle tension but adopted an holistic approach, encouraging me to explain the circumstances in my life which were behind the tension I was feeling and offering suggestions on how to cope better.I intend to see her on a monthly basis as her treatment was so effective.

I've just had my first session with Charlotte who is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything as we went along and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my treatment. After years of back pain, the difference after 1 session was noticable and I'm looking forward to session 2!!

Charlotte is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. As a runner and cyclist, I've had Sports Massage Therapy many times in the past and Charlotte is amongst the best I have visited. I have no hesitation in recommending her services regardless of whether or not you have received a sports massage before.

I found FS Sports Therapy to be extremely professional with amazing knowledge to target the areas in my shoulder which causing deep pain in my neck, I recommend anyone looking for a deep tissue massage to try just one session, will soon realise how dedicated and good Charlotte is in her work.

I’ve been seeing Charlotte for about a year now and she keeps me balanced and moving. I have had repetitive issues with my back and neck and she has really helped improve them. She’s knowledgable, thorough & explains what she’s doing and makes suggestions as to how you can help yourself too.
