Very helpful with materials for a 40m2 floating floor and ufh job we have carried out and completed.

Purchase was simple and straight forward, staff were knowledgeable and were helpful. When my order arrived I checked it but it was damaged. I took it back and the store and customer services told me the items would be quality checked before leaving the warehouse.I received a voicemail from the store assistant manager informing me that my items had arrived, he’d checked them and they were in perfect order. So I went to collect my order 2 days later, and when I checked the items they were damaged! So they didn’t check the items at the warehouse and neither did the store assistant manager, or if he did he lied to me. As for the refund, it took over a week for them to return my money to my account. I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere, as will I.
