The woman serving me had excellent product knowledge, give her a brief explanation of what I was looking for and she found me the best cologne that I have ever smelled! She did not try to upsell which made me very confident to make the purchase. Thank you so much! I do not know the member of staffs name but she said she had worked in the perfume industry for a long time.

Great service by a lovely lady called Anastasia. Tried many taster perfumes and helped me come to a conclusion after I was initially very indecisive. Will definitely return.

In store says that they offer pay later option and when asked the person wasn’t able to offer service!Everyone should be trained to offer that service or remove service please!!

I was looking for a gift for my wife, I wanted to smell a couple of fragrances, unfortunately I felt like I was disturbing the two young lady who was working there, they were both on there phone like I wasn’t there. When I asked to smell a fragrance they look like I was really annoying them. I just left and I went to boots where the lady was very helpful she new what she was talking about I’ve been treated like a customer. The fragrance shop oxford? A disgrace these two lady are killing the conversion rate! Maybe If they knew how to advise me I would have put 2-3 stars but there attitude was disgusting!

Waited for the shop to open. I walked in, two people in front of me. One goes to the counter and is served so I wait. Queue forms behind me. The first guy goes so i walk up but the only member of staff ignores me and says the guy behind me was next. I walked out and went to John Lewis instead. I saved £40 going to JL. TFS lost out on a £269 sale. Meh.
