Went to get a charging port fixed on a mobile and it turned out that it wasn't broken and just needed cleaning which was done free of charge. Excellent service. Thank you for being so honest and not charging for something that wasn't needed. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service and very friendly. I took my s10 in for a battery replacement and a new back. The team was very helpful. Told me if I have any issues to come straight back. Also took my grandads ipad that he forgot to pin for and a broken home button which they done in no time. Got a second hand iPhone for my son and it came with warranty. 10/10 any tech problems they are spot on. Couldn't thank them enough.

I asked for a phone for my elderly mother they recommend a £20 Nokia which I bought. The phone was tiny and the buttons were so small it was no good for her. Did I get a refund after explaining that it was no good? NO. Offered to take it in px for a dearer phone but I had already sent for one from elsewhere. They would not take the phone back for a refund, said the plastic bag it was in was missing and he wouldn't be able to sell it again but was willing to take it in px. Never mind karma

Great experience. Went once for a new screen protector which was installed quickly and at a good price. Then went again to have my partners battery replaced and to have his phone put back together properly after another shop hadn't put it back together very well. Was done very well, went to pick it up and really happy with the results! Friendly staff and really good price
