Got blood tests here, easy to book, lots of times available, really nice phlebotomist.But booking an appointment with a gp is really stressful and inaccessible. To book online you have to register with a different service (nowhere on the website says how). Booking in person had a month wait before the first available appointment.The way you're meant to book is to call in the morning and hope they have space for you that day. Horrible, stressful, uncertain.Go to WellBN instead

Preston park surgery has been dealing with my personal information without my permission, without my knowledge on top of all off then questioned they just lie ,and keep lie .Laughble place .

A wonderful practice full of helpful staff and excellent doctors. I share some frustration with the person who posted about getting appointments but I would say that this is a fairly common practice and I feel that it is a real shame they felt the need to give a one star rating purely based on this. Do not be put off if you are considering joining, my experience is that this is a very good surgery. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This is the WORST surgery i have ever known, the laziest receptionists’ on earth. They never answer the phone. rather leave you on hold to give you shpeal about covid, covid vaccines, the surgery’s covid policy, if your covid positive don’t come in, they don’t do prescription requests, and all other things that they can’t/ won’t do over the phone. Then you have two options which usually ends in you being automatically hung up on. and you have to try again. i’ll be changing surgery as this is the 4th time in a row i’ve been unable to reach anyone in my surgery but i mainly blame the receptionist’ as even when you turn up you can tell they are toxic with a main focus on themselves not the patient. Most GPs, are decent. nurses are good too. unfortunately massively let down by the front of house staff.

I called to ask if they’re taking new patients and was greeted by ‘No, we get hundreds of these calls everyday’ and the receptionist put the phone down on me’. I’m very sorry to inconvenience you in asking for an appointment, I thought that was what you were meant to do when you call a dentist? There are much more polite ways of saying this.

Very good practice, doctors are helpful do their very best, nurses, receptionists all good anddo their job very professional way.Remember their also just like you and me, humans. I trust them for my health care.Don’t have to travel far, convenient too.

Great admin team here. New digitalised process for prescriptions that goes straight to the pharmacy 5 minutes after your Doctors appointment. Keep up the good work.

Aside from the normal (frustrating) waiting time to get trought to someone in the morning to book an appointment ... if you're lucky to get trough (sort of expected from a GP Surgery nowadays), the rest is good. Staff if friendly, all GP's are quite good but my favourite GP Dr Phadnis is the main reason why we chose to stay in this Surgery. He is VERY human, professional, caring, and kind (could not speak highly enough).

Took me off the register without any warning saying I hadn't replied to letters and text. I couldn't go back on system even though they recently prescribed me medication. I would have to come in with ID and register again.

We been going to this surgery for over 40 years and cannot fault them from the receptionists there who are always as accommodating as they can be whilst being friendly, to the doctors who are excellent and attentive and 9/10 times you get to see the same one, so continuity is good.So all in all a 5 ***** review for ease of getting through (keep pressing that button), call backs when they say they will, nurse appointments upstairs never a problem, reception staff and doctors thanyou for an excellent service.
