Truly hate shopping here, I feel like it's a battle to buy something and don't even dream of wanting to return something.Staff are abused and results in them being pretty unhelpful - and the policies for returns are just irritating.Click and collect even costs £5 (and you get a £5 IN STORE ONLY voucher)..Really wouldn't recommend shopping here.

It is okay, but jeez was it hot in the store today. We had to walk out as needed cool air. Also trying to get staff to help on the ladies trainer section was a nightmare also.

Returned a hoodie that was covered in bobbles that had only been washed once. The manager refused an exchange or refund because I was told I shouldn't have washed it with other items of clothing. I gave a one star rating because I couldn't give none.

Queued to get in and then queued inside, I waited so long that I found the games I wanted online, cheaper and with next day delivery. I'm all for helping keep shops open but you can see why some fail!

Staff are lazy and unhelpful. Will come up with any excuse not to buy your phone. Sent me back and forth 3 times with different excuses. They think they're technical experts but the majority of what they were saying was total nonsensical rubbish (I work at a mobile phone retailer so it was a struggle not to laugh at some of the things they come up with). Wasted a load of time and petrol. Take your business to CEX where they actually want to buy your products.

Store is in need of a refurbishment and could do with some working games consoles to try out games. The staff are very helpful and offer good advice. Stocks a huge range of games for many platforms and has a good selection of pre-owned titles and consoles at discount prices too. Also offers a game exchange service.

Good selection of sports clothes and equipment, covering a large range of different sports.Shop has two floors, lots of offers and reductions on a regular basis. Items range from cheap to moderately expensive. Large range of sporting equipment at competitive prices.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help whatever the enquiry. Shop is centrally located with long opening hours.
