Auto Service Alfa Tecnico

They had my car in for a coolant leak, the part was coming from ford and they told me the part was going to be here first thing Tuesday and done for the afternoon. But Tuesday and Wednesday went by and the part from ford had still not been delivered, granted to alfa tecnico this wasnt there fault as it was ford causing the issue. I contacted them Wednesday night and they contacted ford and phoned me back and said the part would be there Thursday and my car would be ready to collect Thursday night. As promised my car was ready Thursday night and it was thanks to alfa for getting on to ford and sorting the issue. My car is now fine and back at home and had no further issues. Thanks Ryan.

MOT and full service. Great service thank you it is nice as a women not to feel that you are being ripped off or told you need work doing when you don't. Bryan has always tried his best to save me money in anyway he can. I know you have only just taken over this garage and business. I wish you much luck for the future.

Excellent garage. They fixed issues caused by another garage. Professional and efficient service would recommend and will use again in the future. Brian and the team were all very good.

I must echo previous comments. Over the last six years Lewis, Sue and the team have never failed to provide a friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend to any local AR owner/enthusiast.

This is a top garage I certainly will only be going here from now on. My car had a loss of power after being at another garage to be told it's possible a piston ring and my engine was basically nackered. which i didn't believe and They charged me for doing absolutely nothing. So I came to Alfa technico who in less than a day sortedy car and it's back running smooth and fast as it use to be. I highly recommend this garage to anyone. he knows his stuff!!! Excellent service on my Audi and very good prices for set work. Saved a fortune on having the timing belt and water pump.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!Used these guys for a routine service which was grossly overpriced for a non-complex alfa model, they then tried to get as much work as possible replacing parts, that from a second opinion, blatantly did not need replacing. Was given a courtesy car while mine was being looked at that had no fuel in the tank, was then charged a call out fee when the car ran out of fuel. Rude service from the boss, attempts to maximise work needing to be done and the bill at the end, trying to take advantage doesn't even cover it. Will never return and will be putting off every Alfa owner that I know.

I used Alfa Tecnico a couple of years back for an issue with my VW Transporter. I had been told I needed a new engine. Completely wrong diagnosis. These guys fixed it and replaced parts with no hassle, great service. I am in the trade myself and always recommend them if anyone has a problemI have used them since and had my customers car repaired with no fuss, professional and extremely helpful and very reasonable on price
