Absolutely brilliant service. We were having issues with our boiler we had only had fitted 5 years ago, Gastek came out super quick, advised us of our options and had us back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend and will definitely always use Gastek from now on. Thank you.

Contacted the Gastek team requesting quotes which we received the same day. Was then very easily able to arrange for our boiler to serviced. My partner & I are both hard of hearing, so Phil and the team were able to text everything across to us and were very respectful of this when visiting our property.Turns out our boiler was nearly 30 years old (causing most of out faults with heating) so Phil was able to source and have another boiler installed within the week.I cannot rate Gastek enough. They have earned a new loyal customer

Phil & his team are excellent. Everything is always explained fully.i have the service plan and when you call them, with an issue, they try to fit you in as quick as possible. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service! Was waiting over 6 days for a part for my boiler from home insurance! Gastek were called at 5 and I had heating and hot water at 7…. Luckily as it snowed next morning!!!!

I have used this company for approx 10years for a variety of works from minor repairs, plumbing works, shower instillation and gas safety inspections up to full instillations of new boilers, radiators and central heating system. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the work has always been completed on time to a high standard and competitively priced. I have also used their 24hour emergency service which was fast and efficient with an engineer arriving in 30mins. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gastek to anyone requiring plumbing and heating works

Phil was courteous and efficient in servicing our boiler, and was even kind enough to check and tighten our radiator valves after I asked him to have a quick look at a weeping radiator. I'd highly recommend this friendly family business.
