This store has all ways helped me over the 5 years I've been shopping there, the staff are friendly and professional and I all ways feel welcome. Highly recommend this store

Sell you broken phones then claim it's your fault, don't they check these items before they buy them. Also a woman and I use that term lightly as she's more like a moose, she's very rude

When you buy second hand remember it's a gamble.... Things can and do go wrong... Happens with new stuff too.... I have found cash converters to be great and convenient.... Staff are very friendly and ive always found them to have the right balance of being helpful but also professional...... I have had 2 smart TV of these guys, one a 47

Great service. Greeted and asked if I needed help very soon after entering the shop. Friendly staff.

Worst shop. Rang to see if my item was available and told them I was on my way to get it. They assured me it was available so I Drove nearly 2 hours and they had given it away. Spent half my day driving there and back for nothing. Terrible service. Not even an apology. They just told me they sold it and then walked away. Don’t waste your time.

Good shop well stocked helpful staff but I have waited sometimes to be dealt with in q for over 40 minutes and despite the size of the q building up and the amount of counters to serve from they are in no rush ......stay away at busy times

Was in the store a few days ago when quite an aggressive altercation took place between 2 men in the actual shop. The female store manager assertively calmed the dispute so professionally it looked very natural. I was impressed as a responsibility surely not within her job spec.. the store in my opinion is in safe hands

Be very careful if you buy from these charlatans they don't test what they are buying in most of there stock are coming from drug addicts if you do but insist you see it working before leaving the store

Be aware of this shop bought some audio equipment on there online shop item come from here a guy called Kevin sent me a none working item I pointed this out when I received it they just went quite no communication in emails finally got someone different who arranged collection sent item back said they was gonna repair it said I want a full refund Kevin said not obliged to do so ok you send me a broken device I point out to you it’s broken and did nothing you sent a none working item made out was just one issue was completely not fit for purpose that Kevin is a fraudster I seen another comment with similar behaviour when they get the item back they ignored me for weeks lucky for me I had bought through PayPal and got my money back police need to check this store out seems to think he can do what he wants with no regards to sales act laws I don’t care about there policy when consumers law makes there policy invalid never again don’t buy from this store dodgy I notified police as without PayPal I would of not got my money back as once they had my money they didn’t care
