Unethical and incompetent. We got our flat garage roof rebuilt by Sam of Kilpatrick & Sons Roofing. He did a terrible job. The ceiling filled with water when it rained. He kept saying he would repair it, but then didn't, and ghosted us. This went on for months. Finally, we had to give up and get someone else to do the work.

As a Procurement professional, I have spent the last 35 years dealing with a wide range of contractors, in both my professional and personal life.The work carried out by Sam and Michael easily rates up there with the best I have seen.Sam is a master of his craft and dedicated to ensuring perfection in his work and absolute customer satisfaction.The initial work carried out was for a complete revamp of facial and soffit. My house has now gone from a bit of an embarrassment on the street to being a shining example of great workmanship.Pricing wise the rate was extremely competitive.Add to that both Sam and Michael were an absolute delight to deal with and I can testify to a brilliant all round customer experience

Sam and team were nothing short of amazing. They responded immediately to my call. They arranged a visit quickly. They arrived on time. They quoted almost immediately (and really reasonably). They arranged a day to attend and fix the roof. They arrived on time to do so, sent photographs to show me what they had done and - it worked! I can't say enough about what a pleasure they were to deal with. If you have a leaking roof - absolutely look no further. They are brilliant.

Excellent service from Sam and his team. We had a problem with water getting to one of the bedrooms. Sam quickly identified the cause (a chimney flashing) and provided a grare service. Reasonable priced great family business. Massive thumbs-up fir Sam and his team.

We had cladding, soffit and fascia replaced at the back of our house.Sam was fantastic - quick to quote and was able to start the work when we needed it. He also fixed cladding at the front of the house and cleared the gutters for us.The work was completed to a very high standard and he kept us updated with progress daily by phone, text and email. The pricing was also very reasonable.Overall we are very happy with the job and would highly recommend.Thanks Sam!

Storm had ripped off plastic panels from my garage roof and left others precariously looseSam said best thing was to build wooden structure and add stud wall with door garden end to stop wind rushing through and lifting whole structure.I now have a beautiful strong roof and a very attractive wooden clad wall with access door garden end. We were particularly impressed by the way Sam blended in the cladding with the contours of the outer wall of the house.Sam has done a very professional job and we loved that he was enthusiastic and seemed to have his heart in the job.We really couldn't imagine what it was going to look like, so were delighted to end up with something beautiful strong and a real asset to the house which must also have added value to it.

Great bunch of guys Sam and Mike did a fantastic job on our roof. Lots of difficult areas and finished in time for Xmas.

We had a lot of mould on the edge of the ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms creeping onto the walls. Sam came to do a free assessment to inspect the loft and the roof. He took multiple pictures and explained the issues (multiple small leaks creeping onto beams and into the bedrooms). I got the itemised quote for the work the same day and I thought it was really great value. He came back in a couple days to start the work (repaired flat roof) and finished it on an agreed date the following week (as it was a Friday). He fenced up around the solar panels, cleared the gutters, cemented lots of areas where cement had worn away and always proposed the best value solutions. He kept me informed with all the work even whilst I was working from home, was super efficient and I have already recommended him to a neighbour. First time getting repairs done on the roof and I would definitely call him again for anything else I need doing!

Sam replaced our garage roof and gutter. The work was carried out and completed to our satisfaction and he could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend, infact so impressed we have booked him in to recover our carport roof. Thank you Sam

Just had them fix a leak on my roof by replacing old under-tile membrane and broken tile. The work was quick and professional. Showed me picture of every step in the process. 10/10 would recommend.
