ATS Euromaster Stafford

Booked an MOT and service for Saturday 7th January as my MOT was due to expire on the 10th. Paid online in advanced. They called me to advise their emissions tester was broken and they wouldn't have a replacement till the following Thursday. Fair enough that can't be helped. They rebooked me in for Saturday 14th at 11am instead. I got a phone call on the day just after 9am to say I had missed my MOT slot and they now couldn't do it for me. I advised I had been told 11am to which the gentleman on the phone advised he didn't know as it wasn't him that booked it in so he couldn't help me. I asked what he suggested I do as I had work and now no car as my MOT had expired, he said he couldn't offer me a solution. I asked if he could not even rebook me an appointment and he said he could but he didn't think that's what I wanted. In the end I asked for a refund. To which he advised it would be sent over that day and customer services would confirm it. I contacted their customer services today and they said they hadn't been sent anything through. I then had to call the store again in which the same person said he hadn't sent it but his manager will tomorrow. I understand mistakes happen but I have never seen such utter miscommunication and lack of customer service. He clearly couldn't be bothered to try and help me.

I booked my Skoda Fabia Estate in for 4 Michelin CrossClimate 2 tyres, with Nitrogen inflation, after being offered a price that was about £30 per tyre less than several other tyre depots in Stafford. I was welcomed on arrival, and waited just 45 minutes for the job to be completed. Very helpfully the Tyre Pressure Monitor system was re-programmed at the end of the job. Both members of staff, Jordan and Kyle, were enthusiastic and professional, and I unreservedly recommend this ATS branch for tyre purchase and fitting.

Blown away by the 5 star service from the Stafford Branch today!!Tyres booked online, fitted within 20 minutes of arrival. Followed by a mobile visit to my caravan, again a 5 star service from the mobile engineer.Highly recommend!!!!

Had my car checked at the Stafford branch ATS mechanic very helpful he did not try to charge me for work I did not need.

I would definitely recommend this branch, they were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to sort. Gave me a great deal with my tyres and sorted my daughters car at very short notice. I will use again in the future.
