First time visiting.Booked a table for 2. Was unsure of the procedure when arriving, no one came to check our booking or see us to the table. Ended up going to the bar and asking the bar tender who kindly checked our booking and saw us to the table.Seated in what seemed like the family area, lots of kids shouting and running around. Ordered food, but was told it would be 45 minutes, food was fine, but would probably not visit again, mainly due to the amount of rowdy kids in the place.

Had a great meal out with family just before Christmas. There was about 18 of us and the food all came out in a decent time apart from one meal which was missed off the order. The portions were good sizes and everyone was happy with their food.

2 good quality meals for under £12. Excellent service. Football on the many TVs is not my kind of entertainment, but the sound was off, so it didn't interfere with our meal and conversation. I look forward to going back

The pub itself was absolutely freezing it's the first time I've ever had to eat a meal indoors wearing a coat. My husband had the XL mixed grill there was only one egg ( should've been 2) also his steak had a large amount of gristle in it . There were no mushrooms or peas which we thought would have come as standard with any mixed grill . My normal mixed grill was ok but again missing the things I would've assumed to be standard.With the place being so cold the food also went cold very quickly. The one decent thing about the meal was the desserts . It will certainly be a long time before we visit again .

This was my first time eating at this establishment and what a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Friendly staff and food cooked to perfection. Definitely will be going back here on a regular basis

I have been to Alton Towers a few times now. It is always a good experience.Cons - queuing! A lot!!We have got there at 10.05 am and we've left at clossing time at 6pm. We have only managed 6 rides - Oblivion, Rita, Galactica; Thirteen, Nemesis-sub terra, The Wickerman.

Went in today for a Christmas get together with work colleagues. The Christmas Dinner unfortunately was horrendous, probably the worst I've had. The prawn cocktail starter and dessert were really good but have to say I won't be returning anytime soon.

They were done to perfection.Plenty choice on the menuI do not do the photograph thing, like you to go for yourself to see your own experienceOne thing I noticed a sign telling you to ask staff if need assistance.Well done for making this a great day
