Funtastic Childrens Play Centre

Staff here are great! Very friendly and go the extra mile.Ive only given 3 stars just purely because it's not big at all and was extremely busy when i went plus im never affected by the cold unless its Gale Plat force winds but in there was stupidly freezing to the point my kids were shivering and we eventually went because they were just sitting with me to keep warm.Anyways, im pretty confident if you catch it on a quiet day then it will be a completely different experience and very enjoyable.

Used to go to the play centre at the lock keeper round the corner, one day it was full and one of my friends told me to try Funtastics. Now I take my daughter all the time - head and shoulders above the one at the Lock Keeper. Toilets are immaculate, big open space with lots of light, tables and floors are always very clean. Staff are lovely.

Under new management. Charged 5.50 for a baby when there is not a lot for a baby to do here. There were also older children going into the toddler area which although parents should be responsible it is not always the case and should be managed to keep children safe. The place needs to be refurbished as well.

We use to love coming in here but unfortunately the last visit we got suprised for being charged 7£ only for play, because is half-term. Also the sensory room is only for under 4's.

Visited with my 2yr old and 4yr old today, although there’s lots of different areas for kids to play, the older kids play in the same area as toddlers, the older kids were pushing and shoving the little toddlers who didn’t all have their parents watching. I witnessed 3-4 toddlers getting hurt by the older kids. Although it’s the parents responsibility to watch kids, there was no monitoring in place of what is happening in the play area. Even after notifying staff I did not see anyone going up to see what was going on. Not safe for toddlers. Will not be visiting again.

If you thinking about having birthday party at soft play this is definitely the place, our daughter had a fantastic time with her friends, customer service absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Rhian and Ruby were excellent and looked after our party very well. Children were happy with their food and ice cream. Parents had a lovely, relaxing 2h. Funtastic it’s our favourite soft centre in area, very clean and safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone.Thank you

Had a lovely party for my little boys 1st birthday. The place was really clean, service was fantastic, good choice of food. Leah was our party host and she was great.
