Really great time getting gait analysis and a new pair of running shoes. Super quick service and really helpful friendly staff, would absolutely come back for more running equipment in the future!

Great shop with fab advice - had really detailed gait analysis here, ended up buying 2 pairs of running shoes and trail shoes because I was so happy with the shoes they found me - but was under no pressure to purchase. They really know their stuff here and my new shoes have been great!

Really disappointed with the service from this shop. I went in for gait analysis. I'm a new runner so didn't really know what to expect. The young man who helped me didn't ask what type of running I do or what I was looking for, just gave me three pair to try and asked me to choose one. There were several things I learned after my visit to the shop from other runners that I was quite annoyed were not mentioned when buying the shoes (I.e. sizing up as your feet often swell when running). I felt extremely pressured to buy the shoes even though I made it clear I wasn't 100%.Unsurprisingly, the shoes I bought were no good. Luckily, I was able to return them, but not without some very unhelpful comments from the woman behind the till. She didn't even ask if she could help me find a pair that would be more suitable, she just made out I was lying about the issues I had experienced with the shoes.Overall, a bad experience but fortunately I have not lost any money this time. I will definitely be taking my business to another more professional business in future.

Amazing service today buying my first pair of running trainers. Going above and beyond to allow me to feel comfortable and spending the time with me to find the correct pair, I will certainly be back, thank you!
