Helpful and positive experience of buying a 2 year old CX5. Ben sent a full video of the car as we were a good distance away which was helpful. Really pleased with the condition of the car which drives beautifully. The whole process was very efficient, professional and courteous

One of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. They repeatedly promise to call you back, but disappointingly, follow-through is consistently lacking. Excuses seem to be their default response. While the first occurrence of this was somewhat forgivable, the fact that it happened multiple times raises serious concerns. In the future, I hope they can address these issues and provide the attentive service we customers deserve.

Great and friendly service here from Tony. Nothing was to much trouble for him and allowed us to test drive the car at our leisure and run through everything we needed to know about the options and vehicle. We can wait to collect our new car. Thanks again

Visited Bradley's Mazda dealership in Milton Keynes. Was served by Jason who showed us around 3 different cars and answered all our questions regarding technical and engine details etc.. We were provided with test drives for a couple of cars we liked and ended up purchasing a Mazda 3 that has been provided to us in superb condition inside and out. Jason is a superb salesman providing us with answers on any questions but never pushing us to purchase was perfect and let us find the right car for us. Best car dealership I have ever been to and will be returning when considering buying our next car. 10 out of 10

I called up to see if I could book a test drive the same day, completely understanding that it may not be possible at short notice. They said they would call me back shortly. After making me wait a few hours when I could have made alternative plans I called back and politely asked for an update as I could do something else if it’s not possible to do a test drive that day, to which the (could not care less) response was along the lines of “do whatever you want”. They never did bother to call me back either. Brayley clearly don’t need the sales so I decided there and then to go to Norton Way Mazda in Letchworth who offered me a test drive the same day. I purchased their biggest, most expensive car. Had a fantastic experience there, they could not have been more accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. If you want to buy a Mazda don’t waste your time with Brayley, go to Norton Way Mazda, buy from a dealer who wants your custom and treats you with respect. Brayley’s loss, certainly not mine :)

These guys were amazing, I broke down one roundabout away and the staff from reception to technician were so super helpful, they were thorough and extremely competent that I left feeling like I was a welcome future customer.Kudos to the whole team, if only all dealerships could have staff like this.Thank you Brayley MK.Petar

Took my car in for a diagnostic and was quoted over £4500 to repair the car. Turned out that it was all unnecessary work after I took the car to an independent specialist who diagnosed the issue and fixed it for £500.
