Pete is an awesome trainer, life coach and person. Everything he does from training to advice to nutrition is geared to you as an individual. The sessions are fun and the results are second to none. He always makes time for you and gives advice and help whenever you need it. A true pro and one of the best personal trainers ever. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness, physical or mental health.

Pete is an amazing PT and person . I hit my goals in just 8 weeks ! He’s fun extremely fun work with . He listens to what you’re health and fitness goals are and tailors a program and meal plan just for you . I have a amazing time attending his gym and he always try’s to make it enjoyable for you , while also pushing you to your potential. Highly recommend !!
