Avoid. Impossible to get hold of when there’s an issue. Salesman Paul added on extra parts without us knowing so he can get extra commission. Then eventually got through to him to cancel which he said he was going to do and he didn’t even do that. Waiting it out hoping he gets his pay check I say. Avoid.

Great staff, not followed around the store or hurried to make a purchase.

Just ordered my new sofa comes in 5 weeks very excited. The staff member who served us was a lovely person we didn't feel pressured he answered all our questions no matter how silly lol lovely sofa shopping experience.

Be aware that delivery company will deliver your sofa (if you're lucky) on the day that suits them, not you. You are expected to quit job or not turn up to work, because they'll let you know 2 days before that their van is in the area, and they will deliver then. They don't deliver weekends, they don't deliver after 3.30pm....... outrageous!!! If you're not home , you'll wait for the sofa forever, like we are. We're sitting on the floor in our living room, because our old sofa was collected, but no sign of a new sofa!!!Store Manager Debbie (didn't want to give me her surname) tried to convince me it's a normal delivery procedure. I wish someone told me that before I've purchased anything from them. I guess they forgot......Great customer service DFS, thanks!!!

Ordering the sofa and paying for it was no issue. But the delivery of it has been a nightmare. Ordered the sofa back in October, I was told 1 delivery day and took time off work and that was a no show, with a late message that they ‘forgot to put it on the van’. Then they delivered the sofa with a footstool with 1 leg missing, so wonky footstool. we have had to constantly chase for an update only to be told it’s another 6 weeks just to get a replacement leg for a complete footstool. Having emailed DFS we are now being ignored. Not happy we’ve had to pay an obligatory £100 delivery charge and not had a complete or hassle free delivery. It’s a shame because the sofa itself is such good quality. Awful delivery service and customer journey there after. Will not buy from dfs again. (This was my first and last time)

Easy parking and access. Large ground floor area with plenty of room for wheelchair shopping.Very good choice of merchandise logically laid out. Price points vary which helps with budgeting. Sales staff very helpful without being pushy.
