Tilly and Blue

Definitely a 5 star service from start to finish, we lost our beloved dog Nell on Monday 13/03/2023 and I looked for pet portrait artists and found Tilly and Blue, I sent them 5 picture's of Nell and marked one as my favourite but unfortunately they told me my favourite photo was to digitised, but they chose one of the other pictures and got back to me to see if they could go ahead and to be perfectly honest I liked the one they picked just as much, well today the 23/03/2023 the portrait arrived not long after the ashes of our Nell came back home to us, I and my wife are totally amazed by the portrait it's everything we dreamed of and captures Nell perfectly.Once again a massive thank you to Tilly and Blue I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tilly and Blue produced a beautiful pencil drawing of our beloved Labrador. It’s an incredible likeness and looks like a photo. Great personalised service. I received the drawing and a small piece of dust had settled in the frame which I was nervous about tampering with. I returned it and it was back with me within a few days in the midst of Christmas post. Highly recommend. The team are lovely to deal with. We are thrilled with the portrait.

I purchased a portrait as a present, and the recipient was chuffed to bits! The detail of the portrait was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Tilly and Blue. I will be using their services again in the future.

I am absolutely delighted with the pencil portrait of labradoodles Frank and Benny that was created by Laura. The attention to detail is amazing and she has caught their facial expressions perfectly. The attached photo does not do it justice. A fantastic Christmas present for my husband. Thank you Laura. Fantastic large pastel portrait created by Karen. An incredibly well-received gift for my mum for her birthday. Our much loved Rory and Rolo are now forever hung upon our living room wall! Really impressed with the communication from Tilly and Blue in terms of completion and delivery estimation, and updates of my painting. The level of detail from Karen's work is astounding, and has far surpassed my expectations! Incredibly impressed, and will be telling family members and friends about the services that Tilly and Blue provide!

I asked Lisa to draw a pastel picture of my sister's cat for a special birthday. The process was incredibly easy, I emailed a few favourite photos of Mr Mason, Lisa discussed via email the most appropriate photo to use plus his personality also as she likes to capture this too. Before posting, I was sent the finished drawing for my approval and it was simply stunning. It arrived beautifully wrapped in just a couple of days. My sister was thrilled. Highly recommend.

I have to say that the service provided is absolutely first class from start to finish.The detail of the portrait is outstanding & the artist (Lottie) obviously puts her heart & soul into the work that she does. The item was packaged perfectly & arrived more than in time for Xmas.

From my first inquiry (through recommendation from a friend who had just received his portrait) I was talked through the selection, gave me advice on my selection of photographs, and within a day or so, I had the artists interpretation. A beautiful portrait, professionally framed was delivered to me soon after, securely parcelled. Have recommended to others. And I'll be collecting photos for his next portrait.
