Self checkout didn't print receipt or tell us which order number we were. The wait was rather long. They also had no tomato ketchup. My partner asked for sweet chilli, but had to pay extra

Lately the service has slowed or the location too popular either way there is Aways a long wait/delay going through the drive through. And the day they get my order right will be a first. I always want to check but the trouble is, to unpack will create further delay for everyone else behind you. And forget going inside to order or collect .....the fact that customers bother to go inside and should get a little priority is long gone. The pecking order is delivery drivers first and foremost then drive thru and lastly those that bothered to get out of their car and dare get face-to-face customer service or priority. Everyone ignores you or you wait a lot longer .....Seems all the priorities are the wrong way round .....sorry for the bad review but this used to be the best mac's around but I guess their priorities have changed and they becoming a victim of their own success .....Good luck

Went inside and ordered, I didn't know how to customise a meal but the staff were so helpful and done in on their tills, showing me after how to use the touch screen to change items afterwards.All staff were efficient, polite and smiling it made a welcome change from my local one. The place was clean and we didn't wait long for our meals to arrive. Will definitely be using this Mac Donald's again , well done to all the staff.

This place has gone right downhill, ordered a double sausage McMuffin and hash brown, hash brown was missing, egg McMuffin for my wife who's vegetarian and when opened was a sausage McMuffin so was thrown straight in the bin, the items that were in the bag were thrown in and looked like they'd been wrapped by a 3 yr old, for a fast food chain you wait ages due to all the just eat collections, someone needs to have a serious look at how this place is run by the staff as they don't seem to have any pride in the way they send the food out.

There was so much mess in this restaurant on my last visit. If you like sitting in a rubbish dump to eat your dinner then you will be sure to love this place.The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The self service machine didn't print a ticket for our order so that was unnerving, but the staff gave us our order with no problems.Also the ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup, but the staff got me a couple of ketchup packets.

At 2130 more than half of the restaurant and the loos were shut. We had to use the handicapped toilets. While the service was exemplary from the resourceful manager, the fries, hamburger and fish sandwich were merely warm. This is of special concern as I always delete the cheese from my fish sandwich and request extra pickles on my hamburger to ensure they are freshly prepared (which otherwise may not be the case).

Ordered via the App, and walked in to collect from the store.It was a reasonable sized order but they didn’t have an item so had to go back in and try and sort it! So the food now gets cold. We live a mile and a half away. By the time we got home, everything apart from the apple pie was at very best ‘cool’Chips were stone cold ! Soft, and I have no idea when they were cooked.We did customise a burger which was correct, but to be fair the meal was a waste of money, no way of commenting or feeding back via the App, easily, but it seems when ever we visit this branch it has issues, from the yobs and their bikes clogging up the access, to issues with virtually ever order. I should have know better and not visited, but the wife and daughter were expected food. If you are local, drive 5 minutes and go to the Havant arches near Asda, In my experience much better service, quality of food and it’s not surrounded by a guard of 13 years olds pretending to be the local mafia !

As expected on a Saturday evening, absolutely packed. The staff were doing a good job of trying to stay on top of the heavy workload. I decided to go into the shop, rather the drive-through. Food was good, as per usual. Shame no McFlurry machine, yet again.

Went here for some late night food and was greeted with lots of mess and a TAMPON next to the till. Absolutely disgusted by staff as they were standing around talking completely ignoring the fact they have an actual tampon right by there feet . My order took longer than should have seen as the place was empty.should’ve known not to come back as last experience was just as dreadful with food being missing and stone cold. Staff are rude and ignorant. Maybe if they spent more time actually doing work and less time talking I would be a satisfied customer but this has put me off here for life.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Monday ordered take out had to wait 20mins for order and when I got into my car and took the burger out found that it was just a bun lettuce and sauce , how can you forget to add the burger to a hamburger!? Then tonight I ordered a plain mayo chicken meal for my son and it didn't come plain so when I went back inside to let them know they refused to change it and said I had to buy another !! I ended up leaving the burger with them and walked out , the worst place ever never using again . Oh and they didn't have milkshakes available as usual .
