Absolutely freezing in there last night. 300 people and young children and no heating . Lots of excuses but the heating never came on . We were all shivering . We had to leave the event early because it was baltic . Absolutely ruined our evening . What a waste of money . The poor organiser . The place is also filthy and the language on some if the staff infront of young children was disgusting.Shameful

A very disappointing evening, the venue was almost empty, the main act didnt go on until gone 1am. So the act we paid to see, we didn't get to see. The only consolation was, we could get served at the bar. Every other event I have been to, it takes forever to be served at the bar, as never enough staff on and they run out of alcohol...

It was my first time here Saturday evening to watch a tribute evening from the 90s. Motley crue def Leppard and poison. I found the venue with ease. It's an old cinema building. Managed to find a place a place to park in the housing estate behind it. There's a multi story car park behind the venue but I have a pet hate for paying to park so improvised. A short walk to the venue. The venue itself was cool, I imagine if it was the early 90s this is the kind of place the bands would be playing in. A good crowd and well managed. The staff were cool, door staff on point. The toilets could have been..... cleaner. But this is a typical situation of most venues yet it seems since the pandemic we've learned nothing about hygiene. 30 years ago this would have been the least focused area of a venue but in these times you'd think cleaning and maintenance would be taken way more seriously. Every thing else was clean and tidy. The entrance and exit worked well without any crowding problems. I had a great evening and will return to see and support more shows.

Lovely venue but extremely cold inside the building to the point we had to leave early!

Not letting a wrestling show go ahead because you already had a different company go there, terrible choice! New Wave are one of the best!!!

MEAT LIVE CONCERTPROS:Staff were good and helpful, did see that a 'spillage' was delt with in a timely manner. Good security in and outside. Good sound and light system. The bar is a very good size with about 6 / 7 staff (staff seem to congregate more in the centre of the bar). Next to the bar is a burger/hot dog and chips bar, prices seemed average. You'll see, on your way in, there is a small bar, good seating, pool table and large screen in the foyer which runs all night.CONS:(not really a 'cons' but) You'll need to get there when the doors open as there are very limited seats and tables, most of the floor area is taken for the dance area.Sadly the decor seems a bit 'tired' but that could be a funds issue due to Covid lockdown. The stairs leading up to the toilets have an American 'keep to the right' policy (arrows on the floor) which corsed a bit of confusion as we, even in Wales, keep to the left!Bigist letdown was, shamefully the toilets! The gents was, to say the least, BOGGING! The urinals were not to bad - could I suggest that a member of staff check them throughout the night and sign-off ?OVERALLApart from the toilets, quite a good night. Thanks.

I was filming at the Neon for a TV Series. Easy to find with car park next door. Wonderful staff that made us very welcome. Some great bands on the line up there and will try to get back for Bad Manners later this month!
