Ive been using GBW Supplies for the last 18 months now for coal, logs and gas bottles.They are the most friendly and professional company ive used. I dont normally leave reviews but the great service GBW provide has to be acknowledged.They helped so much during the national lockdown delivering coal quickly whether it was 1 bag or 20.There always a pleasure to call and happy to give advice.

First rate. Their prices are more than competitive and they deliver. I made a mistake in ordering and they were more than happy to go the extra mile to help rectify my mistake with the customer service you just don't see much. Their driver is also extremely friendly.Great service. Thank you.

I bought a Gas BBQ and couldn’t for the life of me find anywhere to sell me gas due to the Calor gas shortage restricting purchasing a new gas contract. Called these guys and they said they would help me out and sure enough they did with a new Flogas contract. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with thank you

My first purchase experience this week was excellent.I ordered 2 kegs of beer, they were delivered the next day, with no delivery charge!They also kindly gave me several beer glasses free of charge.I will definitely buy from them again.Thanks guys!

I have used a variety of firms for supplying my pub and I have to say I don’t think I’ll ever need to use another one again. Gas bottles Wimbledon have always been punctual, polite and continue to be a pleasure to work with. Not only does this firm offer exceptional value for money, they also offer a great customer experience. I have never felt the urge to leave a positive review on a firm until working with gas bottles Wimbledon for the last year and I wouldn’t recommend another pub supplier.

Fantastic prices and customer service, always wanting to go above and beyond what is often expected! Helped me with my gas problem and were more than happy to discuss it and offer solutions. Life savers..!!!!My previous vendor let me down few days before Xmas and gas bottles managed to arrange a delivery within 26 hours of a phone call and saved my Christmas. Definitely staying with them and will highly recommend.

Honestly I’ve used this company for over a year and a half spending over £10,000 this year. on average£186.00 a week. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life they are always acting like they are doing you a favour. Constantly acting like you a burden for simply ordering gas off of them. One of them was extremely rude to my sister when she went to collect a gas bottle I called to discuss this and talk about the same person being rude to me and making me feel uncomfortable and John told me he suggests if that’s how I feel to do business somewhere else. Raised his voice didn’t let me say my issue or how I’ve been being treated. He then refused to serve my sister a gas bottle after she waited 30 minutes. They are an awful group of older men that are disrespectful towards women for honestly no reason what so ever. I would honestly never write a bad review to go against a business unless this was absolutely true.Also they never answer the phone and never listen to voice mails and on more then one occasion I’ve seen them treat white customers 10 times better then me.It seems they have their little community around Morden and are not found of newbies.

These legends are currently doing home deliveries only due to the COVID crises. Called them up in a bit of a crisis of my own as ran out of BBQ gas. They only went and got the gas out to me the same day so much BBQ pork fillet was saved! All round great service from telephone to delivery. Very pleasant people to deal with and all round saviours!
