If there was no stars I put no stars. The attitude from the manager is absolutely disgusting. Telling me to leave because my friend had a parrot in his parrot bag but was ok to have dogs in there with all dog hair flying around. She is not an animal lover at all as she made that clear. She should not have a business as her people skills is absolutely disgusting. I know you will reply to this and make out you’re all sweet and innocent as I then can’t reply back to you. But I even spoke to other customers in there who also was disgusted how you treated me and my friend who I also said please put a review. And I do have a video so you could see the way she treated us but I can only upload pictures no videos which is such a shame.

My husband and I moved to Pulborough a few years ago and were thrilled to find this cafe just down the road. They make some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The staff are lovely, so welcoming of children and dogs, I really couldn’t recommend more highly. We often pop in and have a great time. Do go and visit, you’ll be glad you did!

Never go there again ask permission to take my tiny parakeet in they said it was fine and he made a little noise and she owner told us to get out and told us never to return! Food was terrible pepper seeds all over a prawn mayonnaise sandwich and hot chocolate was swamped with milk and cold. The owner was stuck up and rude. My little parakeet was in his back pack. They allow animals and said if a dog barks she would also kick the customer out. Spent loads of money. Not nice to relax. I wouldn't take children in their either as she would probably kick you out. I asked 5 seated customers did my little bird upset any of them they said they didn't even know he was in the tea room. Considering that you cannot hear yourself talk due to the road traffic passing like motorbikes and lorries how my little parakeet or myself deserved this attitude! Would avoid! Would give a minus raring if I could!

Great selection of freshly made sandwiches and snacks served on the ground floor of the antiques market. You can take your coffee outside and enjoy on the Old Swan Bridge over the River Arun.
