Core Connexion

I had my first pilates class on Tuesday and came out of it feeling great! Really enjoyed the class and Amelia was amazing and would definitely recommend her! Looking forward to our next session. Thanks

The team at Core Connexions are so welcoming and the studio is more like a spa than a workout space. Yesterday I went to class feeling completely flat and thanks to Greta I floated out feeling completely recharged having worked muscles I didn't know I had! It's therapy and a workout in one.

I have previously been to other reformer classes and had expected my muscles to be aching after, which wasn't the case. However my abs were on fire the day after doing a pilot class at Core Connexion. (As a mum of two toddlers who is currently lacking stomach muscles I love to feel the burn!). The instructor was amazing and the reformer studio is stunning. Looking forward to coming back to the studio!

I am so so mad that this place opened recently- just before I have to go back to uni. This is the studio every Pilates fan dreams about. The studio is so tasteful and pleasing to the eye, the instructors are so lovely, knowledgeable and supportive , and the receptionists are so friendly and helpful. It is missing a sauna and I would never leave this place. I wish there were more studios like this one, I hope one day Core Connection will have tons of branches (one in Oxford please!!)

Have been to three sessions! Instructors are really great, knowledgable and friendly. They help correct us when our alignment or posture is not right and I feel the results the next day! Also really enjoy the ease of booking on the app!

The studio is modern and v clean and the amount of classes they schedule per day is so good. So many options

Such a stunning studio, extremely well presented. There are a total of 8 reformers comfortably spaced with each reformer having its own accessory box of goodies. After each session the reformers are cleaned down ready for the next session to begin.There are luxurious spacious lockers in Reception to leave your belongings before starting your session and if you have forgotten your pilates grippy socks, then these can be purchased from Reception.The staff here are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I thoroughly enjoyed my pilot session earlier this year when the studio first opened, so much so that I have been attending one to two sessions every week since it opened.The studio offers a wide variety of sessions throughout the week at different times with a variety of instructors. There's a lovely calming atmosphere which makes you feel totally relaxed.Whether your male or female, young or old, flexible or have limited flexibility, these sessions can accommodate all.I regularly attend Amelia Karginaite's session on a Tuesday evening and Adam James' session on a Friday morning, which are amazing!Every session is different, which means I never get bored and I can challenge myself. The instructors provide you with different options based on your ability for each exercise and will assist with adjusting your body position, ensuring you complete eachexercise correctly. After each session I feel totally recharged.Core Connexion is a fabulous studio with amazing people. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

such a beautiful studio! was searching for a new pilates + reformer space since moving from the US & Core Connexion has pleasantly surprised me on every level! from the interior design to how amazing the entire staff is. i couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely love this special studio.It’s modern, slick and gorgeous and all of the instructors are both knowledgable and talented.Core Connexion perfectly balances calm with fun and I highly recommend a visit for a class.You won’t regret it.

Absolutely beautiful studio, the loveliest teachers and after just one session, I booked a block of 30. Every session is different, which keeps it interesting.
