I wish I had contacted David Roche earlier than I did!I didnt - because I already had NHS hearing aids which were fairly effective and I didn’t think there could be any further improvement: I was so wrong!!Eventually my husband persuaded me to seek David's advice. I am so glad that he did because my new hearing aids have, quite literally, transformed my life.On my first appointment, David examined my ears to discover the reasons for my hearing loss. He then ran through a series of computer aided diagnostic tests to assess exactly which sounds my ears were not processing satisfactorily. He supplied and programmed my new hearing aids with the utmost care.Every appointment has been carried out with courtesy, patience, professionalism and, I have to say, kindness too. It’s lovely to be helped by someone with a smile!I now feel that I have a real, practical solution to my hearing loss. My only regret is not seeing David sooner!

I visited the Bramhall Centre today and am delighted with the result. I had earwax removal with microsuction by Trevor. It was a painless procedure in very comfortable surroundings. Trevor was very helpful to me as I had yesterday downloaded the app to control the volume from my new hearing aids. He explained how it works. I highly recommend the centre.
