Winsover Dental Care

Went to 3 different dentists, all fobbed me off, told me it needed surgery.... Aftab the dentist was amazing, pulled tooth immediately without any pain whatsoever, best dentist going full stop, nobody touching my mush bar these ever again!!

Terrible service. They are only interested in private patients. My daughter had four cancelled appointments within one month.Do they take in NHS Patients? The answer is yes as long as you pay them!!I would not recommend this practice as the receptionist lies about a missed appointment when we clearly did not even take the appointment as we were away on holiday.Had an argument with the practice manager who actually called me a liar! Stay Away From This Practice!

Very satisfied with the treatment I am receiving, my dentist Dr Abbashar is the best one that I have had. Making me feel calm, welcoming and relaxed as I am a very nervous patient. The work that he has done so far is outstanding, I can now smile with confidence.

I am an very nervous person when it comes to the dentist, just walking in the waiting room is hard. Our dentist Noman Malik is very kind & caring & understands how not everyone is comfortable at the dentist & is so patient. Fantastic dental practice

I am a very nervous patient but Mr. Abbashar is a wonderful dentist, very calm and collected, puts you at ease and asks how you are! Work was done efficiently and although never going to be a fan, i can certainly recommend his services. Can also add, he saw my kids and was amazing with all three! Many thanks!

I would like to mention Justyna - one of the dental assistants! She was amazing! I am such a nervous person when it comes to any form of dental appointments, but she was just fab! She was so nice and reassuring the whole time I was in the chair.Thank you so much for all of your help and support! :)

Can not fault the experience I had here. Phoned to book an emergency appointment as I had a broken tooth and abscess on Monday afternoon and got straight through on the phone. Was booked in for the following day at 6.30pm.Arrived at 6.15pm, was informed by reception they were ready for me as soon as I had filled out form. I was seen by Dr Malik who was brilliant and very understanding about my fear of dentists.Talked me through everything and made me feel as ease. Had a tooth extraction with no pain or issues. In and out in 30 to 40 minutes. Happily recommend Winsover dental surgery to anyone.

Appointment at 8.30am, left waiting for a long time had to cancel and rush off to work. Don’t even think hygienist was even there! Every time I’ve been it’s been a wait of at least 30/40 mins, no point showing up on time if you do go.

Really disappointed with their care. Communication between members of staff and patients is very poor (being told I’m an NHS patient, then I’m not, then I am but when I book my appointment I’m not again - all very infuriating). Paid over £80 for a private appointment, the dental nurse, Maria Padilla, was very rude and unsympathetic and didn’t even look at my teeth! Whole experience with them as a practice has been very dissatisfying and would recommend saving your money by going somewhere else!
